With the rapid development of science and technology and social progress, the birth rate and death rate are declining at the same time worldwide. This phenomenon has led to an increase in the degree of aging. It has destroyed the Chinese traditional family pension model. After the society has entered the aging stage, the number of children who provide care for the elderly has decreased, and the traditional family care model based on child care has been forced to transform into other old care models.Aging has caused a sharp increase in the number of empty-nest elderly and elderly living alone, and the aging has created a huge demand gap, leaving institutional care in a state of shortage.Due to the huge base of the elderly amount in my country,a huge gap in demand for elderly care has been created. In this gap, elderly care institutions have the defects of imperfect service, irregular management, and commercialization of operations. The old-age care model in line with the aging trend and the provision of community services that meet the needs of the elderly have become the development trend. This topic takes the service construction of a comprehensive community as an old service center in Xinqiao Town,Songjiang District,Shanghai as an example, introduces the concept of service design, and builds a systemic community full coverage elderly care model—community comprehensive as an old service center. This subject innovatively proposes a new type of community elderly care model that combines three different elderly care models: home care, community care, and institutional care.It tries to establish a service system that integrates the community as the old service center, and outlines the functional space configuration in the old service center..The author puts forward the concept of shifting elderly care services to serving the elderly in the subject.Services for the elderly include both caring for and raising the elderly in traditional elderly care services,as well as services that satisfy the physical, psychological, and behavioral characteristics of the elderly after the elderly enter the elderly stage.,Regional cultural attributes and other comprehensive needs tailored to local conditions, embodying the principle of service design centered on elderly users. The subject research mainly uses service design theory,barrier-free design rules, space division theory and other theories as design support.First,it studies the living conditions, psychological needs, and physiological needs of the elderly in the target community, and analyzes the needs of other stakeholders, including supporters. The needs of the elderly, government and project needs, and the needs of the operators;then study the service model for the elderly in the target community, and provide a reference for the establishment of the community’s comprehensive old service center;then based on the needs of the elderly and related stakeholders and the surveys The advantages and disadvantages of the elderly service institutions are configured as the old service center function, and the target community is established as the old service system;finally, the function in the old service center is visualized and integrated to evaluate the satisfaction of the elderly in the target community with the services provided, and at the same time Statistics related to the service content of public welfare indicators, economic indicators, and social influence indicators verify the rationality of the service and function configuration. Finally, the subject established a service system model that takes the target community as an example to integrate the urban community as the old service center, and provides software and hardware services for users in the community. The author explores the needs of the elderly in the target community and related stakeholders, integrates the three service routes of home care, community care(semi-care),and institutional care(full care),and provides a reference for the product configuration and visualization measures of each service space.
