| China has entered the age of population aging in 2000,and the trend of aging is still increasing.Active response to the aging problem is the focus of the country.Secondly,with the rapid development and trend of the aging of Internet products,the use of Internet digital products is generally difficult for the elderly.The country began to focus on the aging of Internet products in 2018.Based on these two backgrounds,"Smart Helping the Elderly" is to promote the construction of information accessibility in the aging society and improve the experience of the elderly when facing digital products.However,at present,China’s elderly care services lack attention to the elderly group’s awareness and skills of the Internet,and the service efficiency of the community intelligent elderly care information service model is extremely low,and it is unable to make reasonable use of social resources.Therefore,it is a subject worthy of in-depth study to apply the system’s overall vision of service design and people-oriented design principles to the community’s intelligent elderly care information service.From the design point of view,the research purpose of this topic is to build a new service system model for the community intelligent elderly care information service based on the theoretical model and method of service design,and to design the service products for aging,to meet the demand of the elderly group to learn mobile Internet,fully mobilize social forces to cooperate,so that the elderly group’s online learning becomes more convenient.In theory,based on the theoretical model of service design,the "double diamond model",to improve the theoretical research framework applied to the community intelligent elderly care information service.The design adheres to the principle of taking the elderly group as the center and improves learning motivation,operation ability,and service trigger through design.The first stage of the research is "discovery and research",which mainly summarizes and analyzes the current situation of service design and community smart elderly care through literature review and data research,providing theoretical basis for the next research;In the second stage,"sorting out and summarizing",we will master the needs of the elderly group for information services and the current situation of intelligent elderly care information services in the community through observation interview and questionnaire survey,build a typical user experience map,use in-depth interview method to construct and draw an experience journey map,extract the needs and determine the core demands of typical users through scoring,and then conduct interviews with service participants to clarify the current service process and refine service design opportunities,Organize social resources to build stakeholder map and refine service system foundation;The third stage is "conceptual design",which uses the service design tool to build the service system diagram,improve the service system process according to the design opportunity point,and use the service blueprint method to present the specific interaction between users and services.Based on the extraction of the core demands mentioned above,the information framework of the service product is built and its core functions are determined;In the last stage of "design realization",according to the information function framework and service system of the service product We Chat applet in the previous stage,the aging design of the aging product is carried out,the service product is designed and output using the service prototype method,and the usability test of the output design prototype is carried out,and the test results are analyzed to guide the optimization of the design details and improve the product experience.This thesis uses service design methodology tools to sort out the current situation and user needs of smart elderly information services,collect social resources stakeholders,build a new community smart elderly information service process and service system framework,and make age-appropriate design and usability verification of service products,analyze the possibility of applying service design to community smart elderly information services,and provide a digital dividend for gradually improving the enjoyment of elderly groups.It also analyzes the possibility of applying the service design to the community smart information service and provides a reference experience for gradually improving the digital dividend for the elderly. |
