Research On The Design Of A Health Management Product Service System For The Elderly In The Community

In the context of the aging population and urbanization,The traditional family pension function had weakened,which led to an increasing proportion of elderly people living alone.In addition,the risk of accidents occurring rises with the decrease of the self-care ability of elderly.As a result,the demand for external pension services in this group has grown.However,there are still insufficient old-age service resources and lack of supporting facilities.Therefore,the healthcare services of the community-based home care model need to be improved.Community healthcare support is one of the important contents of community public health services in China,which aims to guide the elderly living in the community to develop good living habits,achieve the purpose of controlling and managing diseases,and improve the quality of life.Community-based home care as an approach of providing care for the majority of the elderly,it has a wide application prospect.The improvement of healthcare service quality is an important part of the home care service level of communities.This thesis combines the Quality Function Development theory and method with the Attractive Quality Theory and Service Engineering,takes the community homecare service model as the background,and takes healthcare as the content.The aims of it are to meet the healthcare service demand of the community elderly group.A new idea was proposed for building a community old-age healthcare product service system.In terms of research content,this thesis takes the user’s needs as a clue to conduct research.Firstly,based on the extraction results of healthcare service demand of the community elderly,it introduces the service engineering method to expand the service content and service characteristics.Then it uses the KANO model to analyze the importance of demand and draws a hierarchical analysis of user needs.Finally,the transformation of the importance of demand to the importance of service characteristics was executed by constructing the Quality House.In addition,design strategies of constructing the product service project is proposed.The previous theoretical results were verified by the design practice of the elderly chronic disease management product service program.The main innovation of this thesis is to divide the specific service scenarios under the elderly healthcare,and to study the corresponding user demands,improving the applicability of the research conclusions.It comprehensively uses quantitative and qualitative research methods to increase the logic of design decisions,which is the application of multidisciplinary research methods to service design study.It also summarizes the service characteristics of the community elderly healthcare product service system from the service design perspective,proposes the corresponding product service program design strategy,and explores new ideas of user demand-driven product service design projects.
