In recent years,the country has made great efforts to develop secondary vocational education,focusing on improving the quality of vocational education,strengthening the focus of vocational education,deepening teaching research,reforming teaching mode,and promoting the curriculum teaching objectives of secondary vocational schools to meet the needs of the post.A results-oriented education mode.(Outcomes-Based Eduation,OBE)adopts the "top-down" reverse design approach.Based on the needs of the post OBE determines the learning outcome.The theory of OBE emphasizes the competency-based,everyone can succeed,and can give secondary vocational school curriculum teaching and students new motivation.Through literature reading and investigation,this paper sorted out three main problems existing in the learning process of electrical and electronic technology and skills courses for secondary vocational students: the mismatch between the learning content and the needs of the post,the low learning initiative,the single teaching mode,and put forward a kind of OBE based on the "4-4-3-1" Blended Learning Mode.Secondary vocational eletrical and electronic technology and skills courses are guided by the OBE theory.It pays more attention on the output of skills.Taking the output results as the guidance and the experimental project as the carrier,the expected learning results are determined.And the teaching design and implementation of experimental project are carried out by using four different combination methods.In the process of practical operation,students should focus on obtaining basic skills,application ability and post skills.With the reasonable use of the above combination methods,students finally can obtain the corresponding post skill,theoretical knowledge and professional literacy learning results.In the process of experimental projects,we should use the developmental and dynamic pattern to observe the student’s learning achievements,pay attention to the various performance and successful experiences of the evaluated students in the process of practice,and respect the individualized development of the students.The research of practical application shows that the problems of students’ unclear learning goals and low learning initiative can be solved by taking the output results as the guidance and focusing on the post requirements.The combination of theory and practice,in-school and off-campus,simulation and physical objects,online and offline can promote the achievement of learning results and solve the problem of teaching mode simplification.Using process evaluation can timely and effectively evaluate the achievement of results and facilitate continuous improvement.This kind of blended learning,which takes learning results as the starting point and ending point,is of great significance to stimulate the students’ learning initiative,strengthen the learning objectives and improve the classroom teaching effect.
