| According to the actual learning situation of secondary vocational students and the actual course of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology",integrating simulation technology and mixed teaching mode to develop a novel, unique and effective classroom teaching design scheme is an important way to improve the learning effect of students in this course. It is challenging for students to acquire the abstract theoretical information as well as the structure and operating principles of hydraulic components in this course by using standard teaching techniques. There is currently no instructor at the school where this program is located who can properly implement simulation technology and blended teaching.Classroom teaching design is a fluid and dynamic innovation process in and of itself. In secondary vocational schools, integrating simulation technology and mixed teaching modes into teaching exploration can also give fresh ideas for classroom teaching design. The study object in this article is the teaching design of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technologies" at secondary vocational schools, and it includes qualitative interviews and quantitative studies into issues such as the integration of simulation technology and blended learning.According to data obtained through statistical analysis and investigation, there are few teachers who use simulation technology to assist teaching in the teaching of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology" in the research school, and there is an urgent need to enhance the teaching resources of traditional courses. The course’s material is hard, the theoretical knowledge is abstract, and mastering it is challenging for pupils. The misalignment is between theoretical and practical instruction. The old single instruction style is in desperate need of modification, and project design is not done based on professional abilities.Students do not have effective pre-class study habits, and there is a pressing need to improve students’ capacity to learn independently. The primary issues in the teaching of this course are diversity of training and evaluation formats.A blended teaching model based on information technology and simulation technology is offered, based on the existing primary challenges and the examination of key theories of blended education.Simulation technology is employed to create a learning environment that is closely related to the actual manufacturing. The integrated teaching method of "reason, fiction, and reality" is used in the teaching process, and an integrated design plan for course teaching is created.Select students with comparable numbers, majors, and knowledge bases, then divide them into experimental and comparative classes, accordingly. The experimental research based on the integrated teaching design strategy of this course was implemented using AMEsim and Simcenter 3D co-simulation technologies. The findings of the study suggest that using a hybrid teaching mode based on simulation technology in the teaching of "Hydraulic and Dynamic Technology" in secondary vocational schools is both acceptable and successful.Self-control and practical problem-solving abilities have increased greatly, and learning attitudes and habits have shifted dramatically. |
