The Ministry of Education takes "service as the purpose,employment as the orientation,and the development path of combining production,education and research" as the guiding principle of vocational education.The purpose of advocating education should be to guide students to develop innovative skills and obtain individualized vocational capabilities for serving the society.In the teaching of secondary vocational schools,there are widespread problems such as poor learning enthusiasm of students,poor learning effects,and single teaching methods of teachers,which make it difficult for the training goals of talents to meet the requirements of corporate positions.As teachers in vocational schools,they should take the cultivation of students’ post ability as the starting point,carry out "student-centered" teaching activities,provide students with good learning support,improve students’ learning effects,and enable students to meet the needs of enterprise talent position capabilities.With the rapid development of information technology,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data and other technologies are increasingly being applied to classroom teaching,speeding up the reform and development of education and teaching,and promote the development of teaching methods in the direction of intelligence,data and diversification.Compared with traditional teaching,blended teaching combines the dual advantages of online and offline teaching.Online learning makes full use of the data analysis function of the teaching platform to understand the learning situation of students,provide students with personalized guidance,and meet individual development needs.Offline learning gives full play to the leading role of teachers,provides face-to-face guidance for students,and promotes the development of students’ higherorder thinking.This study conducted investigations from three aspects: enterprises,schools,and students,and analyzed the results of the investigations to find the feasibility of blended teaching in the teaching of new energy vehicles in secondary vocational schools;based on job ability and work process,based on education and teaching theory,the integrated curriculum resource development of "High Voltage Safety and Protection of New Energy Vehicles" was carried out,including independent learning task list,loose-leaf teaching materials,and micro-lesson videos;combined with the developed teaching resources,from the perspective of secondary vocational school students,with the goal of improving teaching effects,the hybrid teaching design and development of "New Energy Vehicle High Voltage Safety and Protection" was carried out,and two rounds of teaching practice were carried out in the new energy vehicle major of a secondary vocational school in Tianjin,and the teaching practice and hybrid teaching design were continuously improved.The practical results show that the combination of blended teaching and the integrated course teaching of theory and practice is an effective way to strengthen students’ post ability and improve teaching effect and provides a reference and basis for the next step to carry out blended teaching in secondary vocational schools.
