| At present,we are in a vibrant Industry 4.0 era,where opportunities and challenges coexist.Education,as the main means of cultivating talents,must also keep up with the trend of the times.Made in China 2025 points out that China will become a manufacturing power by 2025,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of manufacturing talents.Machinery is the main force of the manufacturing industry,and it is also common to open machinery majors in secondary vocational schools,so we need to be careful in the formulation and selection of training programs,teaching methods,etc.As a key teaching item of the course Fundamentals of CNC Machining Machinery,"Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission Device" mainly includes the composition and working principle of the hydraulic(pneumatic)system,the structural characteristics and working principle of the hydraulic(pneumatic)components,the basic hydraulic(pneumatic)circuit,etc.The content is trivial and complex,and is disconnected from the daily life of students,so teachers need to constantly explore the teaching content and learning conditions suitable for the teaching methods.The author proposes to apply the micro lesson teaching method to the teaching of this part.The micro lesson teaching method can break the restriction of time and space,and record the working principles of hydraulic pumps,hydraulic cylinders,hydraulic motors,etc.involved in the teaching process in the form of micro lessons in advance,which can be directly used in classroom teaching,and then uploaded to the learning platform after class,so that students can learn knowledge and improve skills without leaving home,And this way is different from the ordinary online teaching.After watching the micro lesson video,students also need to complete the corresponding learning task list,including knowledge tests and skills training.This can not only save the time of classroom teaching,but also favor individualized learning.This research focuses on the application of micro class teaching method in the teaching of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices" in secondary vocational schools,and studies three parts:(1)The teaching status of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices" in secondary vocational schools.Through questionnaires and interviews with teachers,the author understands the present situation of the teaching of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices",the problems and causes in the application of micro-teaching,and the feasibility of the application of micro-teaching method in the teaching of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices";(2)The teaching design of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission device" is carried out by using micro teaching method.By reading the domestic and foreign literature,combining the teaching content of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices" and the characteristics of students,the basic process of micro teaching is designed according to the order of pre class,during class and after class,and the teaching evaluation is designed from the perspective of students’ learning attitude,knowledge mastery,practice and innovation;(3)Micro teaching is applied in the teaching of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices".The micro lesson teaching method is applied to teaching practice.After the implementation of teaching,students are investigated and tested to analyze the teaching effect and test the feasibility of the micro lesson teaching method in the teaching of "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission devices".Through the teaching practice of micro lesson teaching method in "hydraulic and pneumatic transmission device",it shows that micro lesson teaching method can promote the improvement of students’ knowledge and skills,the change of learning attitude,and the stimulation of learning interest,providing reference for the application and promotion of micro lesson teaching method in subject teaching. |
