As the most common neurodevelopmental disorder in children,ADHD can be rehabilitated in hospital and at home.However,children with ADHD and their parents are affected by many factors,such as school,work,public opinion,medical resources,etc.,so most of them choose drug therapy as the main treatment plan,supplemented by family rehabilitation training.The survey found that at present,there are still problems such as poor continuity of rehabilitation services,lack of professionalism,non-intuitive results of training data,low applicability of products,and insufficient interest in family rehabilitation of ADHD.In view of these problems,this study proposed a family rehabilitation service model based on hospital by using service design thinking,and designed the corresponding rehabilitation training products in combination with the rehabilitation needs of children with ADHD and the spatial characteristics of family scenes.Through literature review and visual analysis,the deficiencies of current ADHD rehabilitation research were found,and the focus of the research was focused on the family scene.Investigate and analyze the needs of children,parents and medical service providers with ADHD,and explore opportunities for the design of family rehabilitation services and products with ADHD.According to the survey results,a user journey map was drawn,and user portraits of core stakeholders were constructed to extract the family rehabilitation service system and product design principles for children with ADHD.Therefore,an online rehabilitation service system for ADHD based on hospitals was built,and the collection and sharing of patients’ physical data and training data were realized through offline rehabilitation training products to facilitate the supervision and observation of parents and doctors.In combination with the man-machine scale and spatial characteristics in the family scene,a rehabilitation training product with vestibular,proprioception and tactile training and a matching rehabilitation game were designed by using a collapsible structure.After the design is completed,the rationality and effectiveness of the design scheme are verified by actual user test and expert evaluation.Through the above research,the following results are produced: on the one hand,the online rehabilitation service platform is connected with the offline rehabilitation training products,and the user data collected by the products provides support for the operation and optimization of the rehabilitation service system,so as to realize the closed-loop experience of sick children and their families from offline rehabilitation products to online rehabilitation services.On the other hand,for the rehabilitation training products in this study,a fun rehabilitation game mode corresponding to the channel training of the perception of dissimilarity is designed,thus enriching the interactive form of the products and giving more fun to the original boring ADHD rehabilitation training process.
