| Training is an investment in human capital,which can promote the development of enterprises.If enterprises want to quickly improve their competitiveness and develop important competitive forces,they should organize more employees for effective training.In recent years,more and more enterprises in China have realized the importance of training in the competition and development of enterprises,and have paid more attention to training and invested human and material resources.However,because the training system of many enterprises is not perfect and effective,the effect of training has not reached the ideal state,which is contrary to the actual needs.In order to improve the work efficiency and performance of enterprise employees,so as to improve the enterprise efficiency,it is necessary to train enterprise employees,which can also make employees give full play to their internal potential and help employees realize their self-worth,so as to bring more economic benefits to the enterprise and keep the enterprise in a leading position in the medium and long-term competition.At present,many enterprises have realized the importance of training to improve the comprehensive ability of employees and the development of enterprises,and also gradually optimize and improve the enterprise training system in the actual training.A company is a construction enterprise located in Chengdu high tech Zone.The company has 635 employees with an average age of 34.However,although A company has realized that a high-quality employee training system can have a lasting impact on the development of the enterprise,the training of the enterprise has not received the ideal effect due to various factors.In recent years,the workload of the company’s employees has increased day by day,and some of the working conditions can not keep up with the rhythm.There are some phenomena,such as low work efficiency and insufficient work effect.Under the fierce competition in the market environment,A company needs to improve and optimize the existing employee training system,so as to make the training system meet the actual needs of the company.It can also be used as an important support and guarantee for employee training and lay a good human foundation for the development of the enterprise and employees.Through interviewing the company’s leaders and issuing questionnaires to employees,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the current training status of A company.according to some existing data and the survey results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of the current training of A company,and then optimizes the four aspects of demand,planning,implementation and evaluation on the basis of the analysis,Improve and dynamically adjust the company’s employee training system to create a set of high-quality talent training mechanism for the high-quality development of A company. |
