In the 21 st century,in the context of global economic integration,Chinese companies are facing an unprecedented severe test.In the era of knowledge economy explosion and human resource management really entering the "people-oriented" era,talents become the first asset of enterprises.The long-term development of enterprises depends on the role of human resource management in enterprises.As an important part of human resource management,employee training plays an irreplaceable role in the strategic development of enterprises.Especially in recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of development of the country,the increased market competition,and all walks of life are facing greater challenges.Staff training has become an important guarantee for building the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises in the future.Based on the characteristics,strategy and vision of the power supply technology guarantee enterprise of Company A,and taking into account the needs of employees’ career development,this thesis deeply analyzes the problems existing in employee training of Company A at the current stage and finds out the reasons for these problems,mainly including four problems,namely,first,the analysis of employee training needs is not targeted;Second,the implementation of employee training plan is not scientific;Third,the form of employee training is too single and the content is relatively backward;Fourth,the evaluation results of employee training effects have not been effectively converted.At the same time,based on the above problems,further in-depth analysis of the causes has been made,and the deep-seated reasons for these problems have been found,including: first,insufficient analysis of training needs;Second,lack of reasonable training implementation process;Third,lack of scientific training form design;Fourth,there is a lack of comprehensive training effect evaluation.On the basis of finding out the problems and the reasons,this thesis puts forward a plan for optimizing the employee training system of Company A.First of all,it elaborates the objectives and principles of the optimization design of the staff training system,and then puts forward optimization suggestions on staff training needs,staff training implementation,staff training forms and staff training effect evaluation based on the existing problems and reasons of staff training.On this basis,it puts forward such suggestions as: improving training efficiency by building high-quality teachers,making a good training budget to ensure that funds are in place,using information platform to enhance training effect,the optimization of the annual comprehensive evaluation form and other means to ensure the feasibility of the optimization plan of each link of the company’s employee training system.The research of this topic combines the theoretical basis at home and abroad,the personal experience of human resources management in Company A for more than 20 years,and the strategic adjustment and development of the company at various transformation stages.Through the optimization of the company’s staff training system,we will further form a scientific,effective,and fit the company’s strategic development needs of the company’s staff training system.We are committed to providing reasonable suggestions for solving the actual problems faced by the company’s strategic talent cultivation and staff career development,and provide effective basis for promoting the company’s overall talent planning and human resources mining.Make contributions to the long-term development of talent support and technical support required for the company’s subsequent strategic development at all stages.At the same time,it is expected to provide optimization schemes that can be used for reference for staff training of more enterprises in the same industry.
