W company is the R&D center which established by WHR Group in China.The main businesses in China are: Home appliance research and development,quality assurance system management,finished goods and components sourcing activities.Due to the professionalism of the industry,the uniqueness of job setting,and the frequent interaction with the head office,employees are required to have higher comprehensive abilities and qualities.In recent years,the home appliance industry changes very fast and triggered emerging smart home which raised the high requirements for relevant practitioners.W company's existing staff training system has been unable to match the rapid development of the industry and meet the business needs.How to optimize the staff training system and help employees to improve their comprehensive ability to cope with the current business environment,this is a top priority task for W company.The main research purpose is to optimize the W company's staff training system.By combing the relevant employee training theories,analyzing,and researching the current situation inland and overseas,using interviews,questionnaire surveys and other methods to analyze the current W company's training system situation and organization management,summed up the shortage of the existing staff training systems and the deep reasons.Relying on literature research and case analysis,based on the actual situation,aiming at the problems finding to work out a detailed training system optimization plan.The program is mainly improved from five aspects,including the training process,courses,trainer,training evaluation,organizing management.In the meanwhile,ensure the training plan to be well delivered.Also design the environmental supporting,incentive mechanism and training expense management policy to improve the training system optimization program.Through relevant research and analysis,hope to help W company conduct training activities more efficiently.Improving the corporate talent quality to meet the growing business needs and enhance W company's own competitiveness.
