Employee training is a process in which organizations improve employees’ knowledge,skills and attitudes in order to improve their efficiency.With the vigorous development of social economy,modem enterprises gradually realize the important position of employees in the development of organizations.The competition among enterprises is more about the competition for talents,and the high-quality talent team is an important factor for enterprises to win.For employees,participating in effective training activities can help them quickly integrate into the working atmosphere of the enterprise,enhance their sense of belonging and responsibility,improve their professional level and personal comprehensive quality,and meet their needs for self-development.For enterprises,reasonable training can optimize the talent mix,strengthen the centripetal force of the organization,maintain the good running situation of the enterprise,and promote the long-term development of the organization.Based on adult learning theory,training needs analysis theory,training effect evaluation theory,on the basis of C auto parts company in sichuan province(hereinafter referred to as C auto parts company)as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire investigation method and interview method for in-depth research of the current C auto parts company staff training status,found existing in the enterprise training work training demand analysis is not in place,internal training lecturer training skills shortages,training contents include incomplete and training effect evaluation system is not sound,after analyzing the reasons of the problems,in view of the problems put forward do a good job analysis of training needs,establish a corporate training organization,improve the training content,reasonable use of training methods,construct a perfect training effectiveness evaluation system,changing training concept and increase training investment suggestions,help enterprises to form the perfect training system,improve the knowledge and skills of employees,provide personnel protection for the normal operation of the company.At the same time,the research of this paper can also bring enlightenment to the training work of domestic eounterparts,which has certain reference value.
