With the rapid development of the automobile industry in the past decade,the market demand for automobiles is gradually approaching saturation.In order to maintain or even expand their territory in the industry,the competition among automobile enterprises is more intense.The competition among enterprises ultimately depends on the competition of talents,so it has become a top priority to cultivate their own talent team.Since the establishment of AD Company,the company’s development strategy has always focused on business growth while ignoring the importance of training,which has restricted the development of the company to a certain extent.At present,the company has many problems in training: such as the training system is not sound,training plans and courses are not targeted,lack of scientific training needs analysis before training and effective training effect evaluation after training and etc.Therefore,it is necessary for the company to establish a systematic training system to meet the long-term development needs of the enterprise.Firstly,this paper introduces the development process of foreign training theories,the relevant research of domestic scholars on training,and the research results related to training system,and makes clear the structure of training system from three levels: system,resources and operation(i.e.training process).Secondly,it introduces the current business development and training status of AD Company,analyzes the problems existing in training support,training resources and training process of AD Company,and tries to establish a systematic training system.Then follow the guiding ideology and principles of training,made a detailed introduction to the training operation process,the construction of training instructor team,the improvement of course resources database combined with the current situation of human resources and training of AD Company.Finally,from the company’s senior management attention and support,the establishment of training and incentive mechanism,strengthen the staff management after training,strengthen the construction of corporate culture and other aspects of AD Company training system implementation safeguard measures.This paper hopes to establish a systematic and comprehensive,forward-looking training system for AD Company,so that make a good preparation for the future of AD Company to establish their own competitive talent team. |
