| In order to ensure that large and medium-sized cities have enough parking spaces,a new vertical elevating pit-type stereo garage is specially developed to improve the land use rate of parking lots,increase the efficiency of parking and car access,and reduce energy consumption,aiming at the parking lot renovation project issued by the government.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,the general range of car parameters is calculated through the statistics of car parameters.According to relevant regulations,the basic parameters of stereo garage are designed.According to the relevant management technology of parking lot,the comprehensive management scheme of stereo garage is formulated,and the operation scheme of Stereo garage is designed.Secondly,according to the load of the stereo garage,the frame design is carried out.By comparing the common lifting structures of the stereo garage,the hydraulic system is chosen as the lifting structure.According to the technical requirements of the Stereo garage,the working pressure,flow rate,working time and other parameters of the hydraulic system are designed.The software Solidworks modeled it.Because the four multi-stage hydraulic cylinders on each floor of the Stereo garage need synchronization,a synchronous driving oil circuit is designed for them.Thirdly,ANSYS software is used to make static analysis of the whole garage to determine whether the structure meets the design stiffness and strength requirements and optimize the structure.Then fatigue life analysis is carried out to determine the number of safe use and estimate the service life.Kinematics simulation is carried out with ADAMS software to determine whether it meets the design requirements of motion parameters.Finally,because of comparing choose PLC as the control means of stereo garage,the principle of PLC selection is briefly described.Combining with the operation process of hydraulic oil station and the simulation results of movement,the address distribution of the input and output signal sources of the control system is carried out,and the ladder diagram programming of PLC is carried out.Figure 57;Table 6;Reference 54. |
