Research On Adaptive Design Of Layout Of Large General Hospitals Based On Function And Site Clues

In the past two decades,with the continuous development of medical technology system,the continuous innovation of medical equipment and technology,and the diversification of medical concepts,hospital project construction has entered a period of rapid development.At the same time,the acceleration of urban modernization has caused a series of problems,such as the shortage of urban land.The land conditions of the hospital project construction plots allocated by the government are uneven,which often can not get a good balance with the increasing demand of hospital construction scale.On the other hand,compared with other public buildings,hospital building has its special complexity,and is deeply affected by science and technology,social development and management system.However,due to the weak theoretical and practical research foundation of hospital architecture in China,the designers did not consider the logic of hospital building function organization and the dynamic development characteristics of the medical industry at the initial stage of design,which led to various drawbacks in the follow-up use of the hospital,resulting in the confusion of the overall functional layout of some hospital areas,the intersection of streamline organizations and the low utilization rate of the external environment.Making a scientific and reasonable overall planning is an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of hospital buildings.Reasonable hospital building layout is the core of hospital building planning and design.Therefore,it is very important to deal with the adaptive design of functional organization and site layout.Designers should establish a comprehensive understanding of the hospital and master the hospital architectural design concept that conforms to the development of the times,so as to formulate a clear framework for the construction and development of the hospital and do a good job in the adaptive design of the hospital architectural layout.Under the above background,this paper takes the large general hospital as the research object.Firstly,it combs the relevant theories of the development of hospital building layout mode,and analyzes the constraints related to the adaptability of hospital building layout;Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the layout mode of the actual cases of domestic large-scale general hospital buildings;Then,from the perspective of function and site clues,this paper analyzes and studies the unit scale,function combination,streamline organization,site conditions,layout,group size,traffic and other constraints of hospital building from various aspects;Finally,based on the investigation of the use of patients and medical staff,this paper summarizes the adaptability of the hospital building layout under the constraints of function and site clues,and the scope of application of the layout mode,from the functional volume,functional organization,detail design,site scale This paper puts forward the adaptive design strategy of large general hospital layout from the aspects of site traffic organization and site space organization,and takes a large general hospital design practice project participated by the author as an example to discuss the multi scheme design process,which is mutually confirmed by this study.This study only extracts function clues and site clues from many factors affecting the adaptive design of hospital layout,which are the most important aspects in the field of architectural design,in order to provide reference and guidance for the adaptive design of hospital layout in the future,and help to build hospital buildings with flexible adaptability.
