| As the main force of social basic medical care, the construction of contemporary large general hospitals in China has gradually moved from a slow development stage to a leap development stage.Compared with other types of buildings, the internal relations of large general hospitals are more intertwined, and the challenges of change during the entire life cycle of the building are more complex and diverse, which requires scientific and forward-looking designs. However, the current general hospital design standards codes are still relatively lagging behind, making it difficult to provide a sufficiently reasonable design basis.Especially in the current construction boom, the overall hospital construction amount is relatively large, and the construction scale is also gradually rising. As a high-investment building type, large general hospitals need to increase the input-output ratio of construction funds, and try to avoid the randomness of design. In this context, the scientific demonstration process in the early stage of design—which named as architectural programming is particularly necessary. This article aims to establish a quantitative analysis model for the medical function space of large general hospitals from the perspective of architectural programming.Considering the large number of stakeholders involved in large general hospitals, the group decision theory is introduced in the evaluation stage of the medical function space quantification scheme,so as to balance the interests of all parties. The above method is to realize the selection of the medical function composition plan of the large general hospital, and then reserve sufficient and suitable flexibility for the next stage of design. In summary, the research process of this paper mainly includes the following five parts: the first part is the determination of the research framework and methods; The second part is the preparation stage of spatial quantization. The third part is the analysis stage of spatial quantization. The fourth part is the correction stage of spatial quantization. The fifth part is the summary and research extension of the above. The main innovation of this paper is to introduce the architectural programming theory into the research field of large general hospitals, and use the group decision theory to assist the evaluation in the correction stage of the spatial quantitative scheme. At the same time, qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted to obtain a more scientific and reasonable quantitative scheme. The main research results of this paper include:(1)Established a large general hospital medical function space list, and distinguished its necessity.(2)Improved the medical function space quantification method system: integrating the relevant standard conditions of large general hospitals to initially limit the scale threshold;collecting data from newly built large general hospitals, and calculating the built areas index per bed and the ratio index of each medical function space area for analogy analysis;simulating survey procedure for satisfaction of medical function space scale.(3)Constructed a quantitative evaluation system of the medical function space of large general hospitals, and rationally allocated the decision weights of the government, experts, the public and users to form a group decision evaluation model suitable for large general hospitals. The full text has more than 59,000 words,50 illustrations and 54 tables. |
