The Study On The Design Of The Emergency Department Of Shenzhen Ultra-large General Hospital

As one of the four "first-tier cities" in China,shenzhen has gradually exposed its medical problems with the development of economy and the increase of permanent residents.The shenzhen municipal government has been committed to solving this problem.Currently,it has entered the 13 th five-year plan period,and plans to construct 73 medical projects,among which 28 hospitals will be built,including 15 municipal public hospitals,which are expected to add 60,000 beds.The increasingly severe contradiction between the huge medical demand and the shortage of constructible land resources in shenzhen leads to the emergence of super-large general hospitals in shenzhen.They generally have "three high" characteristics,namely,ultra-high density,ultra-high scale,ultra-high volume ratio.This paper is a study on the design of the emergency department of shenzhen ultra-large general hospital.The quality of the design of the emergency department will directly affect the life safety of emergency patients,and a good emergency streamline design will reduce the risk and mortality.Through investigation and analysis of the emergency department of the established super-large general hospital in shenzhen,the existing problems were summarized and summarized from three aspects of the planning,function and streamline of the emergency department,and corresponding design strategies were proposed.In terms of planning and design,problems and design strategies were proposed from the four aspects of emergency department service area,distribution location,external traffic and type pattern.In the functional design,we consider the three aspects of function composition,function combination and function layout and the design strategy.Streamline design puts forward problems and corresponding strategies from three aspects: traffic flow,doctor-patient flow and decontamination flow.This paper provides practical reference for the design of the emergency department of ultra-large general hospitals in shenzhen in the future,and reminds architects to pay attention to the design and research of ultra-large general hospitals and their emergency departments in shenzhen.In the future,the "emergency department" will become a larger and more complete "small hospital",which will focus more on improving the efficiency of life saving and the working environment of emergency medical care,and will also face more people flow and more complex problems.The "wisdom" of the emergency department of shenzhen super-large general hospital will help the hospital build the big data of individual and group life,pay attention to the whole life cycle of people,and pay attention to the higher quality of life.Ecological emergency department is an inevitable trend,which can save land,energy,water and materials to the greatest extent,reduce the pollution caused by construction operation,and provide efficient use space for emergency patients and emergency medical staff.
