Study On Planning And Design Of Super Large General Hospital In Shenzhen

Hospitals are very important public buildings that provide medical services for human beings.Shenzhen,as one of the four youngest first-tier cities in China,has developed rapidly in economy in recent years.However,with the increase of population and the increase of the average age of permanent resident population,the shortage of medical resources in Shenzhen is becoming more and more serious.In order to solve this problem,Shenzhen began to build “super-large general hospital.”The “super-large general hospital” can quickly alleviate the shortage of medical resources.However,if the design of it is not reasonable,the “super-large general hospital” will have a negative impact on the surrounding environment of the city.And the diagnosis and treatment efficiency of the hospital will also be greatly reduced.To avoid possible problems,and make better use of the advantages of the hospital,this paper made investigation and preliminary analysis of the cases of super-large general hospital designed and built in Shenzhen after 2003 in the first place.And Summarize the problems it may confront with in hospital district planning,then,study the functional layout,streamline organization and space environment in the planning of super-large general hospitals according to the main problems.In the aspect of function layout,this paper mainly studying the overall district layout and department function layout of Shenzhen super-large general hospital.Through the layout principles of medical buildings and the case study of Shenzhen super-large general hospital,the paper put forward the strategies that the overall zoning layout should consider the site and environmental conditions,so as to avoid cross-infection.Meanwhile,the functional layout of the department shall be divided into four modes: “decentralized”,“half centralized”,“centralized” and “diagnosis and treatment center”.In the aspect of streamline organization,this paper mainly analyzes the external traffic flow organization and the internal streamline organization in the hospital area.The hospital should be connected to public transport facilities outside.Inside the hospital,passenger and vehicle branches,different types of streamlines need to be separated.The inner streamline organization of the hospital is generally divided into four methods: “unidirectional connection type”,“Muti-channel grid type”,“radial type” and “central pivot type”.In the aspect of space environment,this paper studies the space scale,space sequence,service space,green landscape design and space form of super-large general hospital,and put forward the strategies of improving the spatial scale,enhancing the spatial orientation,reasonably arranging the service space and setting up the green landscape for the requirements.At last,the paper looks forward to the future planning and design of the super-large general hospital,including the prediction of the hospital scale and its trend,the intensive composition and adjustment of the functional layout,the wide application of the “diagnosis and treatment center model”,and streamline mufti-layer superposition and space environment urbanization and so on.The paper emphasizes the combination of theory and practice in the writing style.One of the research cases “ The phase II project of Shenzhen Third People's Hospital(reconstruction and expansion)” is the design practice of the author's personal participation,in order to make the arguments of this paper more persuasive through design verification.
