Study On The Space Design Of The Front Square Of Xi'an Regional General Hospital

With the rapid development of the times and the further improvement of modern measures and material needs,general hospitals,as medical institutions providing medical and nursing services to people,are also an important part of the urban system.The transition between hospitals and cities is to realize the transformation of medical space and public space.The safety and comfort of the square space in front of a general hospital are closely related to the needs of users.Starting with the investigation of the current situation and the needs of users,this paper designs the functional zoning,streamline organization and overall environment of the front square space of Xi'an General Hospital.Because of the continuous development of hospital scale and the renewal of equipment,the old square space in front of hospital can not meet the needs of the new situation.The organization of traffic flow in the transition space between hospital and city has been the main factor restricting the development of hospital and affecting the efficiency of hospital service.Through understanding and mastering the behavior and psychological needs of the users of the front square of a general hospital,researching the relevant data,comparing the current situation of the front square space of different scales,finding and analyzing the problems,the author puts forward the design methods and suggestions that can meet the functional,convenient and scientific requirements of the front square space of a general hospital,and carries out research and Exploration on the forward-looking of this topic.Through in-depth discussion andanalysis of the functions,streamline organization,and interface space in the space,the design method of the pre-hospital square space is determined to improve the overall environmental level and service efficiency of the hospital.The innovation of this paper lies in that,while designing the space function,according to the current needs,we formulate the optimization strategy of space streamline,take people as the starting point,analyze the traffic demand under different behavior modes in depth,and determine the scientific and reasonable demand and supply.At the same time,the design of interface space is comprehensively analyzed and explored,so as to be as perfect and in-depth as possible.This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1: Introduction,briefly expounds the background of the research,analyses and discusses the significance and purpose of the research,and combines the current situation of the design of the front square of general hospitals at home and abroad for literature review and reading.Chapter II:Retrospective analysis of the history of the development of the space of the pre-hospital square in general hospitals,summarizes the basic characteristics and influential factors of the pre-hospital square.Chapter III: According to the use needs and current situation of the square space in front of the hospital,comparing the research cases,classifying and sorting out the problems found,and summarizing the problems in the current situation,providing design basis for the design of the following chapters;Chapter IV,according to the problems in the current situation of the investigation,makes in-depth research on the composition of the square space in front of the hospital,and tries to objectively respond to the function.Use behavioral psychological needs.Chapter 5:Making design objectives and principles,combining with the functional layout requirements of hospital development,the design methods of plane function allocation,traffic flow line organization and overall interface environment of the front plaza space are discussed.The traffic flow line resolution strategies are designed for the key and difficult problems in the space,such as traffic problems,and scientific research is carried out according to the demand characteristics of the outpatient traffic flow in thehospital.Chapter 6 summarizes the research results and shortcomings,and explores the prospects of the future development of the front yard square.
