Research On The Standardization Design Of Kitchen Space In Qingdao Urban Ordinary Residence

The year 2020 is the last year for China to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the 13 th five year plan,the housing level of urban residents has improved significantly.As the cooking and communication center of the family,the kitchen space is an important part of the residence and is valued by the residents.In order to ensure the high efficiency of housing construction,prefabricated building has always been the development direction of China’s housing industry,the basic method is standardized design.Therefore,the research on the standardized design of residential kitchen space is the demand of urban residents,it is also the need of housing industrialization,and has practical significance to promote the development and maturity of prefabricated buildings.This paper takes the kitchen space of urban ordinary residence as the research object.The specific definition of kitchen space is independent kitchen,dining room kitchen and dining space adjacent to kitchen and not connected with living room.This paper uses the methods of literature review,field research,data analysis and chart analysis,based on the ergonomics theory,standardization theory,commonly used furniture and electrical appliances scale,analyzes the area scale,location relationship and plane layout of residential kitchen space,and compares with the existing standards in our country,in order to summarize the design of residential kitchen space suitable for our country The standardization system of kitchen space.The research content is divided into five chapters: The first chapter describes the research background,purpose,significance,concept definition,research content,research methods,research status and framework of the paper.The second chapter reviews the development of residential standardization and kitchen space at home and abroad,summarizes the new needs of modern kitchen space and puts forward the new trend of standardized design.In the third chapter,based on the questionnaire survey and field survey of Qingdao residents,the characteristics of climate,diet and kitchen behavior in Qingdao are analyzed,summarizes the regional design elements of Qingdao kitchen space,discusses the current situation and existing problems of ordinary family kitchen space,and summarizes the residents’ demand and ideal scale for kitchen space;In the fourth chapter,the author conducted a questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation on the residents of the city where the author lived,discussed the current situation and existing problems of the use of ordinary family kitchen space,and summarized the residents’ demand and ideal scale for kitchen space.The fifth chapter divides the kitchen space into three parts,designs the standardization mode,integrates and draws the plan.In view of the current situation and design elements of kitchen space in Qingdao,this paper puts forward the standardization system of kitchen space suitable for ordinary residence in Qingdao.This project hopes to form a universal kitchen module and spatial scale suitable for Qingdao through the research on the standardized design of ordinary residential kitchen space in Qingdao,it has certain significance for the standardization,modularization,high efficiency and regional characteristics of urban housing.
