With the increasing emphasis on family education in China,the family and social education forces continue to promote the kitchen labor education activities,promote the development of parent-child education activities,and give full play to the important educational significance of the family for children,but the actual kitchen space can not better adapt to the progress of children’s educational function activities.The purpose of this paper is to 1)get the main contents and development principles of kitchen education suitable for China,and analyze its requirements for kitchen space;2)Analyze the behavior characteristics of family kitchen education activities at this stage,and get the corresponding space demand and the problems existing in kitchen space;3)Get the principles and Strategies of kitchen space design to adapt to the concept of kitchen education.The research on the design of kitchen space to adapt to the concept of kitchen education includes the following three main chapters.1)Sort out the development of kitchen space in China,summarize the types of kitchen space according to the functional layout form and definition form,further summarize the kitchen space into three types:relatively independent,closed and adjacent,connected by island according to the relationship between kitchen space,and analyze the characteristics of each type to provide a basic basis for design and research.Through the analysis of the changes of ancient and modern kitchen education function,it is concluded that compound space is the basis of social functions such as kitchen education.Through the analysis of foreign kitchen space design,three experiences are obtained:the integrated plane layout promotes opening,the compound space promotes communication,and the humanized parts promote safety.The reasons for the differences between Chinese and western kitchen design are analyzed,including policy,cooking culture,house type organization form and residential construction logic.Then it analyzes the theory of environmental behavior and the theory of mutual penetration,which emphasizes people’s initiative,changing needs and the influence of social factors on space.From this,it analyzes the spatial elements and children’s psychology,and comes to the important influence of spatial limitation,scale,color and material on children’s psychology;Through the analysis of the characteristics of children’s development stage,the characteristics of behavioral ability and psychological needs are obtained,which provides theoretical guidance for design research;Interpreting the concept of food education and combining with Chinese traditional food education culture,this paper obtains the main contents,development motivation,development principles and requirements for kitchen space of kitchen education to adapt to the development of our country.2)Through questionnaire and real state investigation,this paper analyzes the characteristics of family kitchen educational activities from five aspects:cooking habits and basic activities,types of kitchen educational activities,scope of safe activities,parent-child spatial relationship,behavior and space,obtains the corresponding spatial needs,and summarizes the current problems of kitchen space,including functional planning,spatial definition,spatial layout,spatial scale and facilities,It provides a basis for the proposal of design strategy.3)Based on the analysis of the above two points,this paper puts forward five principles of kitchen space design to adapt to the concept of kitchen education,namely practical comfort,moderate safety,interactive openness,pluralism and compound,and atmosphere construction.Based on the problems of spatial layout,definition,function,scale,parts and other aspects,as well as the corresponding spatial needs corresponding to the behavioral characteristics of kitchen education activities,this paper summarizes the corresponding kitchen space design strategies through case collection,that is,space guidance without separation,compound and diversified function guidance,moderately safe parts guidance and children’s emotional atmosphere guidance.Finally,based on the house type organization form proposed in the spatial layout strategy to adapt to the concept of kitchen education,the appropriate house type is selected from the area sections of 90-120 m~2 and 130-144 m~2,and the design case demonstration is carried out to verify the feasibility of the strategy. |
