The Research On Kitchen And Toilet Design Of South Residence

Residential development of mankind is developed from living on trees, living in caves, and simple accommodation to a comfortable and healthy condition. From the functional area of space increased to consummate, it traveled a long journey and has been greatly improved, but along with the changes of family composition, economic conditions, living concept and lifestyle,and so on, people need more different demands on living space. With the development of human society, social division of labor and the growing diversity of human activities has brought diversity and difference in living space, Kitchen, bathroom space as the key parts of the living space, the design by architect reasonable or not will directly affect the efficiency of family life and comfort, and have been paid more and more attention.Currently, there are a lot of problems still exist about the kitchen and bathroom space to summed up in two aspects:the one is space design,the other is problem of equipment and facilities. With the improvement of living standards and the gradual improvement of living conditions, People's lifestyle, behavior and equipments of kitchen and toilet facilities, have taken place in great changes, Residential Overall Bathroom and Residential Overall Kitchen have been successfully published, People give a deep consideration for the kitchen,bathroom space,all walks of life which related to the kitchen and bathroom are urgent need for coordinated development with construction sector,and formed a complete industrial chain. Based on the above background,this article aim at kitchen and bathroom of southern residence, and give it for scientific research, with the way of literature research to integrate theory with practice,make these informations into the systematic contents with the value of information in it,in order to give the result of the reseach some significance that would be useful in future.The article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter outlines the residential kitchen, toilet research background,the relevant literature and the source of this topic and research method,and so on. The second chapter introduces the brief history of the development of the Western, Japanese, and Chinese residential kitchen and bathroom. and then conducted a summarized analysis of the problems which exist in China Southern domestic architectures. Chapterâ…¢relate and analyze the transition from design concept, psychology and People's behavior patterns, along with Ergonomics and Sanitary ware and kitchen areas,then put them into theoretical investigation. Chapter IV emphasis human habits, usage mode as well as plane arrangement of Kitchen and bathroom, from these point to take functional analysis of Southern Residentia kitchen space. Chapter V mainly discuss the device space, human activity in space-depth analysis of the kitchen, bathroom space design. The final deliberate the natural environment, human environment and the security environment of kitchen and bathroom.In this paper, we make a systems study on the residential kitchen and bathroom design in the South of China. Hope to promote the industry standardization of kitchen, bathroom, have some help to improve the new Central South Building Standard Design building Atlas and the quality of life residents.
