Optimization Design On Kitchen Space Of Resettlement Residence In Hefei

Resettlement residence is constructed for families whose residence have been demolished because of government road construction and urban public facilities construction projects. As an important part of urban residence construction, with the urbanization increasing, the demand and the amount of resettlement residence construction is increasing, the phenomenon of extensive construction about resettlement residence is more obviously.Resettlement residence is a housing with certain social security nature,its demanding object is these families whose collective land is lost. By the survey to residents of built resettlement residence in Hefei,we found that the degree of aging of this population is relatively high, and they not only have themselves habits and lifestyle, but also they have comfortable requirements to resettlement residence, particularly in the residential design about optimum aging.At present,the development and design of resettlement residence pay no attention to internal space of such residence, for lack of detailed research on living requirement about those residents, which results in lots of functionality dwelling space is not reasonable and resettlement residential design level is generally low in Hefei.The kitchen space is one of the most frequently used features of residential space in residence internal space, how to optimize the design for resettlement residential kitchen space and improve the residents living comfort on the basis of living requirement about those residents,which is the main content of this study.Behavior analysis is the basis of design on residential function space, this study is based on survey of resettlement residential living actual state in Hefei, from perspective of those residents, combining with the requirement of these families,making deep-seated analysis and study to the problems of residential kitchen space in Hefei,then discussing the optimal design strategies to these kitchen space.By the investigate of the current resettlement residential kitchen space, summed up such space problems mainly in the following two aspects:(1) a non-technical level: "flat" problem;(2) the technical level : "detail" problem. For analysis of research problems, combining research results at home and abroad about the kitchen space, put forward optimal design strategies to residential kitchen space,then making use of optimal design strategies about kitchen plane to kitchen examples of survey,trying to optimize these kitchen plane,at last, summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the two planes.In sum, through this paper research,which could be expected to rich residential relocation kitchen space design research in related fields and make some contribution to the design of resettlement residential kitchen space in hefei.
