With the reform and adjustment of the domestic economic system and the transformation and upgrading of the social industrial structure,the urban floating population has become increasingly large,and solving the housing problem of this special group has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.The problem of housing is not only an architectural design issue,but also a social issue.Multi-factor resonances such as policy guidance,population surge and industry development have promoted the rapid development of rental apartments.Apartments become the product of solving social housing problems at the moment.At the same time,in the current era of experience economy,user-centered design concepts are widely accepted,and people are paying more and more attention to user needs and user experience.In the bustling cities,there are thousands of rental groups from various places.,living in small living space.Influenced by many aspects such as living space,behavioral preferences and economic conditions,it has a unique and diverse lifestyle.The dietary behavior of the rental group is also an important part of living,and it also has diverse characteristics and needs.However,at present,the design of the kitchen space for the apartment has problems such as single customer positioning,serious product homogeneity,and chaotic spatial form.Under the principle of intensive design of apartments,it is an inevitable trend of the development of apartment kitchen space to satisfie the diversified needs of users' kitchen functions,create a comfortable kitchen environment for users,and pursue the emotional pleasure of users.The significance of the research is great.In this paper,the research on the design of kitchen space for renting apartments is divided into four parts.First of all,the author clarified the purpose and significance of this study,defined the concept of rented apartments,and analyzed the concept of related confusing concepts.Read and summarized the development and the research status of apartments and kitchens at home and abroad,and describe the scope and methods of the study;Secondly,with behavior as the starting point,deep excavation of the dialectical relationship between eating behavior and kitchen space;Thirdly,after the analyzing of the research content of the existing apartment kitchen space,developed a more targeted research plan conducting research on the current situation of kitchen space in apartments and the life form of the rental group,analyzed the collected research data and the status quo problem,provided practical basis for the conclusion.Finally,based on the previous research,analyzed the dining space of the rented apartment from three aspects: functional configuration,spatial scale and environmental atmosphere,then proposed the design strategy.It is expected to take the diversified characteristics of the living style of the apartment rental group as the most fundamental design basis,continuously optimize the design of the kitchen space,avoid the universal design,and create a comfortable apartment environment to meet the needs for the rental group.
