Evaluation System And Empirical Research On The Implementation Effect Of Protection And Development Of Traditional Villages In Jiaodong Area

Traditional villages are an important part of our country’s historical and cultural heritage.There are a total of 152 national and provincial traditional villages preserved in the Jiaodong area,which are rich in historical and cultural connotations,and the regional villages have obvious regional characteristics.In recent years,the protection of traditional villages in our country has made some progress,but the implementation effects of protection and development in different villages have been mixed.This study analyzes the characteristics of traditional villages in Jiaodong area,hoping to provide a reference for the evaluation of the implementation effect of the protection and development of traditional villages in Jiaodong area in recent years,and play a guiding role for subsequent protection and development work.The following is the overall structure of the paper:(1)Carry out basic research on the protection and development of traditional villages and the overall characteristics of traditional villages in Jiaodong area,conduct an overall analysis of the actual situation of traditional villages in Jiaodong area,their own value characteristics,planning content,guarantee implementation factors.Preliminarily determine the implementation effect of traditional village protection and development in Jiaodong area involved in the evaluation indicators,clarify the content of the investigation.(2)Taking 152 villages in Jiaodong area that have been included in the national and Shandong provincial traditional village lists as the research objects,the village types are analyzed and classified based on the spatial distribution and location characteristics of the villages.Considering that the implementation effect of village protection and development has time continuity,42 representative villages included in the list before2015 are selected as the objects of investigation(documentation,field investigation).Combining the research results of the classification of village types and considering the equivalence of the natural environment of the villages,10 villages were finally determined as the objects of field investigation.(3)Based on the survey and demand-oriented,it summarizes the prominent problems of regional traditional village characteristics and status quo,and feeds the survey results back to the research on the evaluation system of protection and development implementation effects.Summarize the existing problems in the current system,integrate the regional characteristic factors,and conduct indicator support through expert consultation,and finally establish an evaluation index system for the implementation of protection and development in Jiaodong.(4)Considering the investigation of physical data,village types,protection and development work,Fenghuang Village,a representative traditional village in Jiaodong area,is selected as the empirical research object.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluation and analysis,the implementation effect of the protection and development of Fenghuang Village is obtained,corresponding improvement suggestions and later development directions are put forward.The thesis finally selected 4 criterion-level element indicators,10 first-level evaluation indicators,32 second-level evaluation indicators,constructed an evaluation system for the implementation effect of the protection and development of traditional villages in Jiaodong,carried out operability verification.It demonstrates a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods for the implementation effect of traditional village protection and development in Jiaodong area,provides ideas and guarantees for the implementation of follow-up traditional village protection and development work.
