Traditional Village Protection And Development Plan Based On Value Evaluation

Traditional vil ages are the essence of China's agricultural civilization.They reflect local customs and architectural features.The historical memory of the Chinese nation is gathered in these villages.They show the cultural connotation of harmonious coexistence between Chinese people and nature.With the development of social,the government and people from all walks of life attach more importance to the protection and development of traditional vil ages.However,due to lack of scientific guidance and reasonable planning,furthermore,in some traditional vil ages,there is a situation of overdevelopment.The inherent value of traditional vil ages,such as historic buildings and landscape features,has been seriously damaged,which will undoubtedly affect the sustainable development of traditional villages.In 2012,four departments,including the ministry of housing and urban-rural development,carried out the selection and declaration of traditional vil ages,and then issued the evaluation index system for traditional villages.Through this index system,some traditional vil age evaluation indexes are quantified,and the index system provides the basis for the protection and development of villages.This thesis takes Qing Lin Kou as an example,it is proposed that the protection and development planning of traditional vil ages needs to excavate the value characteristics of them,and introduce the specific methods of value evaluation of traditional vil ages.Then it discusses the concrete methods of protecting and developing the traditional villages from the perspective of value evaluation.The article is divided into three parts.The first part mainly studies the relevant theories and research status of traditional village protection development planning and traditional vil age evaluation.This thesis analyzes the existing traditional vil age evaluation index system and the laws and regulations related to the protection and development of traditional vil ages.The second part mainly evaluates the value of Q ing Lin Kou,analyzes the current situation of Qing Lin Kou village and puts forward the strategy to protect the development plan.The third part mainly focuses on the protection planning of Qing Ling Kou village,the development plan of Qing Lin Kou villa ge and the stage planning and implementation proposal of Qing Lin Kou village.All kinds of problems of the traditional vil age that is urgent to protect the traditional vil age development planning,this thesis expounds the traditional vil age protection development planning of specific methods,to prepare the other has reference significance to the protection of the traditional vil age development planning.
