Design Of Assembly Building Based On The Background Of Housing Industrialization Research On Interior Strategy And Design

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the gradual development of housing industrialization and urbanization,China’s construction industry also has a rapid development,including traditional architectural design and traditional interior design.The current design has been difficult to meet the needs of modern human beings,the quality of building structure and the design requirements of building interior space.Prefabricated building can greatly speed up the construction progress,Reducing the input of human and material resources has a very important practical significance for the future development and application research.Based on the perspective of interior design of prefabricated building under the background of housing industrialization,this paper analyzes and studies the interior space design of dormitory building in Guinea aluminum development project of State Power Investment Corporation.In view of the current situation of the problems,through reading literature,case analysis,field research and other ways,this paper analyzes and studies the construction methods and space design requirements of prefabricated building interior design,and puts forward the standardized design and prefabricated design of space module,and analyzes and optimizes its design practice.The specific research includes the following three aspectsThe first is based on the research on the design application and background of domestic housing industrialization and prefabricated building interior space.Through the research on the development status of prefabricated building at home and abroad,we realize that there is a lack of practice in prefabricated building in our country,and propose that we should pay attention to the development of prefabricated building in our country.Second,through case analysis and field research,the external space environment,internal space environment,interior space materials,prefabricated design and so on are analyzed and studied to find out the existing problems and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated building interior design.The third is the analysis of the base conditions,key and difficult problems of the dormitory building of the state power investment Guinea aluminum development project,as well as the plane layout,function analysis,material and lighting design of the interior space.The assembly design and the design and size determination of each space module are carried out,and the detailed design method is given through the establishment of the model.
