Research On The Adaptability Of Affordable Housing Design And Industrialization Module

In order to comply with the development of housing industrialization,the construction of indemnificatory housing has gradually become the development of housing industry for a new normal.It is necessary to transform design concept and design method and strengthen the research on the design of indemnificatory housing.First,this section selects the spatial syntax as the analytical method and evaluation system,based on the analysis of Chinese one hundred years of housing and its construction system and combined with the main developing trend in dwelling design of indemnificatory housing.Second,the status of construction and development of indemnificatory housing in Tianjin are the points,and now most of them have an uneven distribution and remote location,thus low-income residents face high transport costs,and there are differences between design and the actual use,improving more adaptability adapting to a diverse family structure are necessary.Then,this section attempts to summarize the flat plane features,space scale and the way of enclosing,and express them using space syntax,through making a comparative analysis of the dwelling plane of indemnificatory housing in different periods,thereupon proposing a modular design under the integrated bathroom and integrated kitchen as basic module.At last,carrying out the design of the dwelling plane design and the combination of the module,and analyze the feasibility of construction and implementation to improve the overall assembly rate and form a complete structural system.This paper puts forward a method that using integrated bathroom and integrated kitchen as base module to design indemnificatory housing dwelling plan,providing a theoretical basis for the realization of modular construction of indemnificatory housing.
