Construction industry is the important way of the development of construction industry in China,it is important for industrial upgrading and economic restructuring initiatives.After years of efforts,From the technical standards, construction technology to the industrial layout has been more mature, which has reached a stage of rapid development. The development of construction industry needs to be based on the precise design and the fine construction.Bulding imformation is an important condition for achieving precision design.Construction management information is an effective means of achieving industrialization of building,BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology is the core of most important building information technology. As the construction industry continues to expand the scale of, the building has become the construction industrialization development of Informationization level constraints, BIM reasearch technology used in the construction industry is still in its infancy stage. Therefore, this paper focuses on the key technologies in the application of BIM in the construction industry,Based on the in-depth study of the characteristics of the assembled housing,in the design stage of assembly house design and component design,The following aspects of the study were carried out:(1) Choose the BIM core software for the characteristics of the assembly house;(2) Use the BIM software to carry out the research on the application of the BIM software in the structure of the assembled shear wall structure, and to establish the standard and modular model library, and to explore the idea and method of realizing the design of the assembly house;(3) Combined with the architecture, structure, electrical and mechanical(electrical, plumbing,HVAC) and other professional construction needs, exploring the BIM software in PC(Precast Concrete, precast concrete component) de epening design and implementation method of the new steel node software development in BIM software, BIM software component library is lack of standard component types;(4) Combined with a public rental project in Shenyang C ity, this paper puts forward a practical application of the BIM combination design method and the design method of the components of the assembly house.The key to promoting the application of BIM in the construction industry is to improve the quality of the design product and to improve the design efficiency and reduce the cost of the design phase.Through the research of this paper, we can draw the conclusion that Architecture Revit can build the building model, Revit Structure, MEP Revit, and Tekla Structures, the design scheme is more reasonable;Construction industry for the construction of the standard of the product and component, modular requirements for the application of BIM in the construction of the assembly provides a good opportunity,Organic combination of BIM and architecture industry,complementary advantages can be achieved, so as to realize the design of the design phase of the "building block" type of combination design;In the component design stage, the PC component BIM design method can be further integrated with the professional requires;Avoid the waste of the change effectively,and point out a new direction for the design of prefabricated components.
