Research Of Standardlized Design Of Prefabricated Security Housing In Hot-summer And Warm-winter Region In Fujian Province

Architectural industrialization has caused enormous impact on conventional construction method of building industry because of its characteristics such as high efficiency,economy,security and environmental protection.The development of building industry depends on residential architecture.Our country is on the historical stage of rapidly development of security housing.Applying industrialization technology to the construction of security housing not only responds to national policy,but also pushes the development of housing industrialization and the transformation and upgrading of building industry effectively.Due to the imbalance of industrialization development of each region in our country,most of regions still lag behind,which is unfavorable for housing industrialization to reach nationwide.It is worthwhile to explore and study fabricated structure because it is the route building industry must take for the sake of future development.Combined with the concept of advanced prefabricated technology in our country and regional characteristics,this thesis aims to build a standardized design of prefabricated security housing possessing characteristics of geographical adaptability,regional generality and spacial flexibility.This thesis tries to make a reference to the standardization of security housing in hot-summer and warm-winter region in Fujian Province,and also gives feedback and summary through studying related projects.The contents of this research are as follows:Chapter One is introduction,introducing the source,the background and the significance of this research.Through consulting related documents and studying the development of related fields,Chapter One also brings about the method,content and framework of this research.Chapter Two elaborates related concepts,including the definition of housing industrialization,as well as its structural system,design principles and methods.Then it generates a set of architectural design methods featuring industrialization as the designing method of this thesis.Chapter Three is the fundamental research of security housing,including the concept and policy of security housing in our country,the policy,standard,atlas and development history of security housing in Fujian Province.Through investigating,collating,analyzing and classifying the data of security housing within this research area,Chapter Three classifies different residents’ residential modes,summarizing different residential needs and characteristics of residents of different ways of living.Chapter Four is the design chapter.To start with,it analyzes regional influence factors of hot-summer and warm-winter region of Fujian Province,then sets about designing the prefabricated security housing referring to the methods summarized in Chapter Two and modes classified in Chapter Three.The main designing method is as follows.Architects first classify each functional space of the residence in order to have a scale analyses towards unit modules,then assemble these modules into standardized functional modules.Next,they combine these functional modules into different standardized house types under the residential pattern.And finally they assemble these types into standardized floor.Chapter Four contrasts the standardized house types and floor with related examples and demonstrates the research findings of this thesis.Chapter Five is conclusion part.It summarizes the feasibility of combining security housing and prefabricated architecture,elaborates the effects that prefabricated technology has on the design of security housing and the commonality between them.It also summarizes the design principles and methods of security housing in industrialization architecture.At last,it gives a prospect of future and introspection of drawbacks.
