Preliminary Study On The Housing Industrialization Process Of China

With steady economic growth,China’s urbanization development has maintained a relatively high speed,which driven the construction industry to take off.However,there are many issues in development of China’s construction industry,such as high cost,high energy consumption,industries more garbage,the industry needs to be raised,this is the common development of many countries in the world in housing industry experienced stage.As an important part of construction industry,the housing industry has a great impact of the industry development trend,so the housing industry has become an important entry point for construction industry reform.At present,China’s main means of reform in the housing industry is industrialization.The main object of this study is the development process of China’s housing industry,but in the process,emergenced many different forms of development,we selected real estate companies in China Vanke Group as an example,focus on the development of prefabricated concrete residential structure system researched and developed by Vanke Group.The research background,purpose and meaning,content,method and framework were introduced.in the introduction of the article The second chapter defines several important term often used in housing industry,building industrialization,building system,housing industry and housing industrialization,.The third chapter describes the development of the housing industry at home and abroad in different countries and regions abroad with emphasis on Europe,the United States and Japan,while combing the important building systems,construction methods and regulatory norms in housing industry development history from the early days to the present,then introduces our existing main housing industrialization system.The fouth chapter studies the architectural experiment and practice of Vanke Group.Which includes laboratory building projects,commercial houses and affordable houses in North China,East China and South China.By analyzing many cases,showing the development process of Vanke Group on prefabricated concrete housing,and then analyzed the advantages and problems exist.The fifth chapter study the building 6-05 in Shangfang affordable housing project in-depth.Content includes the design,component production and construction process,and the project of the data,compared with the traditional method of residential construction,showing the advantages of housing industrialization,as well as the role architectural design can play in the process and the new requirements should meet.Conclusion and outlook section summarizes this paper,describes the shortcomings of the institute presented herein,and to put forward their views on some of the problems in our housing industrialization still exist.The whole thesis contains about 46 000 words,141 pictures and charts.
