In recent years,the state has been paying close attention to the development of housing industrialization,and the government has been vigorously promoting the research and engineering practice of prefabricated housing.The housing construction has been transformed from the traditional extensive housing to the industrial intensive housing construction.At present,the construction of industrial housing in China is still based on prefabricated concrete structure,while the prefabricated steel structure with light selfweight,good anti-seismic performance,energy saving and environmental protection is rarely applied.At present,the promotion of prefabricated steel structure housing basically depends on the national economy and policy support.The main reason that restricts the industrial development of housing is not only the structure,but also the parts(structures)in the floor plate of the envelope system.As an important part of the housing,the innovation and technology development of the wall supporting the industrial housing is very important.Precast reinforced concrete shear wall and ALC slab are the commonly used types of external walls in assembled concrete structure and steel structure respectively.However,due to the large weight of precast reinforced concrete shear wall,it will increase the transportation cost,affect the transportation and assembly efficiency,and cannot be applied to the steel structure system at the same time.Due to the need for field splicing and additional insulation of ALC slat,the problems of low assembly efficiency and single performance exist.At the same time,there is a lack of walls on the market that are suitable for both concrete and steel structure.In an attempt to solve these problems,based on the steel structure as a starting point,in the industrialization of new steel structure building research,based on the staggered truss system of housing,for matching technology development and research of the wall,to the wall of lightweight composite integration as the goal,in order to promote new steel structure housing supporting research process of the wall,at the same time considering wallboard in the steel structure and reinforced concrete structure has a certain universality.This article through to the status quo of the application of prefabricated compound wall are studied,the structure of the system and analysis of various kinds of composite wallboard technology economy,with whole steel wire rack sandwich insulation board for the development of the prototype structure,wallboard component classification method research,structure performance and mechanical properties of the final composite wallboard in guarantee under the premise of lightweight insulation sound insulation performance,put forward the whole plate and light composite wallboard the wallboard of form a complete set their own plugin structure technology and connection technology,from the Angle of structure on strengthen the fire prevention wall waterproof performance,and put forward the wall decoration integration way,improve the wall supporting technology development.The main content of this paper is divided into the following four parts:First of all,according to the development of prefabricated walls at home and abroad and the research status,the classification and characteristics of precast concrete external wall plate has carried on the system analysis,determine the development direction for composite sandwich plate between the whole and at the same time,according to design requirement put forward by the steel structure of composite wallboard,is put forward to wire rack sandwich insulation board structure as a whole plate of lightweight efficient composite wall prototype development;Secondly,based on the staggered truss housing in the plane of the typical research achievements,from the perspective of industrial production,staggered truss house whole board exterior wall module orientation and segmentation study,it is concluded that the typical residential whole board exterior wall staggered truss size series,to facilitate the next step to light the whole plate composite walls between various performance and construction technology for targeted research;Then,on the basis of the above research,the structural performance and physical performance of the lightweight composite panel exterior wall are verified.The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate and check the mechanical properties of the typical size composite wall wall.According to the thermal calculation theory and PKPM software,the thermal performance of wallboard was studied.Meanwhile,the energysaving requirements of different climate zones were discussed,and the insulation layer scheme was obtained to adapt to different climate zones,so as to expand the applicable scope of wallboard.In terms of sound insulation,based on the theory of sound insulation mass law,a comparative study is carried out between the analogy method and the existing wall panel with similar structure,and the sound insulation performance of the wall panel is discussed.Finally,from the perspective of the wallboard detail structure,considering the prefabricated housing wall installation and construction design requirements,the wall panel and the connection between the steel structure of main body structure,in the wall and wall plate tectonic plate between the application of the principle of considering rain screen the outer walls of the specific parts of the staggered truss
