Research And Practice Of Landscape Ecological Construction Project Under EPC Mode

EPC project general contract mode is highly effective and mature in urban construction projects,but it is not used much in urban landscape ecological construction projects.With the improvement of the construction level of our country,the country pays more and more attention to the urban landscape construction project.In Xuzhou,Jiangsu,in the past 20 years,urban landscape construction projects are particularly prominent,landscape construction projects,the rich project construction results,in the country are second to none.Xuzhou has made a comeback from being an old coal city to an ecologically livable city.In 2016,Xuzhou was officially named as a national ecological garden city.So,it is of far-reaching significance to study the landscape ecological construction project under EPC mode.Firstly,this paper studies the characteristics and concepts of EPC project general contracting mode.Secondly,it briefly explains the development of landscape ecological construction and its present situation in Xuzhou,Jiangsu.This paper explores the necessity and feasibility of using EPC mode in landscape ecological construction projects while excavating the EPC mode to give full play to the value-added space of the project through the integration of design procurement construction.At the same time,the leading role of the design phase in the whole EPC project is clarified.The evaluation of the scheme determines the final effect,cost and ecological value of the project.In the evaluation stage of Fang’s design scheme,the evaluation model,ISM model method and other mathematical methods,multi-level hierarchical model,AHP method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods are used to compare the scheme evaluation quantitatively,and scientific conclusions are obtained to provide the basis for the design.EPC project general contracting mode can provide comprehensive services for the owner in the whole process,which not only saves time and construction cost,but also increases the communication and running in of design procurement construction,and reduces the risk of inconsistent design and construction effect.Finally,combined with the actual project of Xuzhou Xinshan mountain ecological restoration(Cherry Valley)EPC project completed in 2020,this paper expounds the application of EPC mode in landscape ecological project construction.EPC project bidding in November 2019,to be successfully completed in 2020,the project provides an effective practice case project support for this paper.This paper summarizes the method and significance of design scheme evaluation in EPC mode,and combined with the application example of design procurement construction integrated contracting mode,forms the research conclusion.
