In recent years, relevant state departments have successively issued a large number of policies and regulations on promoting the development of prefabricated buildings, encouraging development enterprises and construction enterprises to develop prefabricated buildings. It is foreseeable that the market share of fabricated buildings will become higher and higher in the future. The general construction contracting model is one of the most widely used contracting package models in prefabricated building projects.Under this model, the construction general contractor is fully responsible for the progress, quality, safety and cost of the prefabricated building, which makes the risks faced by it more diversified and complicated. Therefore,it is very important to improve the risk management level of the construction general contractor. The construction process of the prefabricated building is the most important step in the production of the general contractor management project. The risk factors of the prefabricated building construction are identified efficiently, accurately and timely, and the risk level of the project is assessed by appropriate methods.Risk control measures are taken. It is an important guarantee to further achieve the project objectives, which is also conducive to the rapid and healthy development of fabricated buildings.Based on the relevant theories of prefabricated building, general construction contracting and risk management, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the risk assessment of prefabricated building construction.Firstly, based on the research of a large number of domestic and foreign fabricated buildings and their risk management related literature, this paper analyzes the application status of risk management theory in the field of fabricated buildings. While summarizing the research results of the predecessors,I found the problems and blind spots in the research, and proposed the research direction of this paper.Secondly, from the theoretical basis, the detailed analysis of the prefabricated building theory, the project risk management theory and the construction general contracting theory, the most important is to determine the objectives of the risk management of the prefabricated building project, and the general contracting of the construction mentioned in this paper. The definition of meaning.Thirdly, the principles, basis, methods and processes of risk identification are expounded, and the risk factors of 29 prefabricated building constructions are identified by literature analysis, case study and expert consultation, and from personnel, materials, mechanical equipment, technology and environment. The classification of these risk factors from the perspective of management and risk has laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent chapters.Fourth,in the choice of evaluation methods, this paper chooses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate each risk factor.Firstly, the purpose and method of risk assessment are introduced. Then, the feasibility and general steps of fuzzy mathematics in risk assessment are analyzed in detail. Finally, the common methods and measures of prefabricated building risk control are summarized.Fifth, the feasibility of the risk assessment model constructed in Chapter 4 is verified with specific cases.Firstly,it introduces the engineering background of the paper selection case, then obtains the data needed for the research through the nominal group meeting and questionnaire survey, and uses Matlab software to solve the problem. Finally, the risk level of the project is moderate risk, and according to the project. The actual situation proposes corresponding risk response measures.Sixth,it summarizes the shortcomings of the research and the future research directions, and provides some ideas for the future research of assembly-type building risk management.
