Abstract/Summary:
Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of civil aviation industry, more large-scale and high-quality modern airport terminal buildings have emerged as the times require. At present, there are few traditional and referential theoretical models in the selection of contracting modes for airport terminal projects, and scientific and reasonable selection of suitable contracting modes according to different airport conditions and characteristics of airport terminal projects is the key work to ensure the smooth progress of airport terminal project construction.Firstly,on the basis of literature review at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the contracting modes of domestic and foreign terminal projects, and compares and analyses the characteristics, application scope, advantages and disadvantages of three main contracting modes:parallel contracting,design/construction general contracting and EPC.On this basis, the characteristics of the airport terminal project and the factors affecting the selection of the terminal contracting mode are analyzed. The influencing factors are summarized, counted, screened and revised by scientific methods, and a more scientific index system of influencing factors is established. After that, the model of contracting mode selection for airport terminal project is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, taking an airport terminal project as an example, the feasibility and scientificity of the selected model are verified. The research results can provide decision-making suggestions for airport managers in the process of choosing the contracting mode of airport terminal project, and play a certain role in the smooth progress of airport terminal project.
