Study On Performance Evaluation Of EPC General Contracting Project Management Of Xindi Company

At present,EPC(Engineering,procurement,construction)general contracting mode has become the mainstream mode of engineering project contracting.It has been widely practiced and greatly developed in the field of domestic and international engineering construction,which has greatly promoted the efficient delivery of engineering projects and the rapid development of engineering contracting market.However,there are few studies on the performance of EPC projects management,especially those integrating the management characteristics of different stages of engineering,procurement and construction and the performance characteristics of different management aspects into systematic research.Therefore,it is necessary to study the performance evaluation of EPC project.Firstly,taking Xindi Energy Engineering Technology Co.,Ltd as the research object,based on the theory of project management and performance evaluation,this research analyzes the management status and problems of Xindi Company’s EPC general contracting project by using Delphi method,points out the main influencing factors of the company’s EPC general contracting project performance,and builds the performance evaluation index system.Then,the management performance of Xindi Company’s EPC project is evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the strategy of improving the performance of Xindi EPC general contracting project is formulated,which provides the decision-making basis for the company to effectively organize project implementation and improve project management performance,and has reference significance for other general contracting enterprises in the industry to improve project management performance.
