The safety management of power supply company adopts lean management mode,in which the safety training is an important business content.The assessment of lean safety training is mainly conducted by manual organization.With the development of internal business informatization,the company urgently needs an online examination system to provide software tool support for lean security training and examination.In view of the lack of online examination system in Panzhihua power supply company,a set of lean safety training examination system is designed and implemented in this thesis.1.The current situation and trend of safety training and examination informatization in power industry are analyzed firstly.Combined with the development of online examination at home and abroad,the follow-up research ideas are established.Based on the technology research and development scheme of the system,the research and development technology of the system is introduced,including UML technology,C/S network structure,.Net development technology,UBD software design pattern,etc.2.The current situation of lean safety training and examination in Panzhihua power supply company is analyzed,and combs the business management process and content,the overall research and development goal of the system is put forward.In the function research and development goal,the system is divided into three sub-systems according to the target user role: examination manager,ordinary employee user and system administrator user.3.According to the technical choice of the system,the technical scheme of the system is designed,including network structure,software model and functional structure.According to the internal function division of the system,the detailed function activity flow and C# class structure of the system are studied,the logical and physical structure of the database of the system are analyzed,and the E-R diagram and part of the data table structure of the system are displayed.4.Based on the design results of the technical scheme of the system,the development and implementation process of the main functions of the system is studied,the key function codes are analyzed,and some functional interfaces of the system are displayed.5.The test scheme and method of the system are studied,the system test environment is built,the function and performance of the system are tested and analyzed,and the system is fully verified by using professional software testing tools and methods.According to the test and application of the system,through the use of this system in the lean security training examination work,it can provide convenient online examination management tools for relevant users.At the same time,it provides an efficient online practice and simulation test platform for internal staff,which improves the quality of the company’s lean safety training.
