Due to the development of reform and opening up policy and the push of market economy, the demand for electricity in national economy is growing. And at the same time, along with the gradual establishment of the bulk power system and the quick update of operation methods, lots of methods in safety production and management modes of some electric power supply enterprises can’t meet the requirements of actual production safety. Nowadays, slight misoperation of staffs will have a great impact on the safety production of power supply enterprises. It is material for electric power supply enterprises to improve the safety in production situation. Studies have shown that safety training is one of the most effective means to improve employee’s safety consciousness, safety skills and safety behaviors. Therefore, how to improve the level of security training for improving the situation of electric power supply enterprise’s safety is of great importance.This thesis studies how to choose suitable security training methods for Fuxin Electric Power Supply Company. In this study, we use the literature research method, survey method, questionnaire survey and evaluation of the safety training method to make a further analysis on the twelve factors influencing the selection of safety training methods and then come to the conclusion that the safety training contents are the key factors that affect the choice of safety training methods. Based on these conclusions, we make an explore on the characteristics of different kinds of training content from the aspects of safety consciousness, safety knowledge and skills training, and choose the safety training according to different characteristics.
