Industry statistics show that there are nearly 300,000 construction enterprises in China,with more than 46 million employees.Among 2.6 million odds of students graduating in architecture each year,about 70%-80% would like to involve in the construction industry.Despite the huge number of employees,merely more than 2 million of them can pass the examination to obtain the registered qualification certificate for constructors.Such low pass rate leads to a huge shortage of construction talents.In addition,with the ever-increasing earning potential of registered qualification certificates for constructors in recent years,many people outside the industry have also joined in the exam,hoping to earn extra “pocket money”,making the certificate exam much more motivating.Numerous training institutions have therefore popped up,providing various trainings with mixed quality that trainees can hardly make a right judgment.Without paying attention to the evaluation,feedback and summary of training effect,these institutions are seeing a lower level of satisfaction year by year from their trainees.It is fair to say that the training effect,the pass rate of exams and the satisfaction of trainees hold the key to a company's long-term development.Based on the trainees who have participated in the pre-examination training of Associate Constructor carried out by Chengdu TXH Education Technology Co.,Ltd.,(hereinafter referred to as TXH Company),this paper uses literature study,questionnaire,interview method,statistical analysis,and Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate and investigate the training effect of the company's trainings at four levels,and present the data results intuitively with statistical analysis method.The study finds that TXH Company has the following problems in its pre-examination trainings: 1.Trainees are less motivated and active;2.Due to the huge difference between trainees,the training effect varies from one to another;3.Trainings have insufficient interaction and communication with trainees;4.The training content lacks vivid cases;5.Some trainers have thick dialects.6.Training forms are inflexible;7.The training assessment form is simple and trainees' participation is not high enough.TXH Company has the following improvement measures: 1.The adjustment of the TXH Company's Organizational Structure;2.The adjustment of the TXH Company's service process;3.To improve the trainer management system;4.Other departments need to cooperate with each other;5.Establishing the company's service standards;6.Establishment of learning community.Against such a backdrop,the author discusses the way to improve the training effect according to the results of training evaluation from multiple perspectives,in a bid to improve the satisfaction of trainees and the pass rate,and further promote the effect of pre-examination trainings of national registered associate constructor.By sorting out and summarizing TXH Company's existing pre-examination trainings of national registered associate constructor,this paper provides a reliable reference for the improvement and optimization of training business,which can facilitate the benefit growth of enterprises' training business.
