Nowadays,talent has become a key resource for the survival and development of enterprises,and its importance is self-evident.In China’s power supply enterprises,talent training has long been included in the enterprise’s future development strategy and plays a key role.In recent years,the complex energy situation at home and abroad and the emerging new technological conditions have put forward new requirements for the talent training of power supply companies.New employee training,as the first lesson of employees’ career,is also an important part of enterprise talent training."A good first lesson" is important to help new employees complete the role change,fit into the new environment and give full play to their potential.Through the study of relevant literature and materials,combined with the actual situation of new employee training in SQ city power supply company,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the work,and optimizes the design of the current new employee training system in SQ City power supply company by introducing the concept and method of cooperative learning.The first part is the introduction,elaborated this paper research background and the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation summary,as well as the paper innovation place;The second part,this paper explains the related concept and the theory.In this I divide into two aspects,such as the new staff training and the cooperative study,which establishes the theory foundation for the article writing.The third part summarizes the basic situation of the SQ power supply company and the present situation of the new employee training.The fourth part,this paper,through the analysis,sorts out the existing training of new staff training problems in training design,training methods,specific implementation and so on.In the fifth part,based on the present situation and insufficiency,combined with cooperative learning,this paper focuses on the optimal scheme design of new employee training in SQ power supply company,it includes optimization design idea,principle and target,training demand analysis,phased target,all levels of responsibility main body,concrete course design,optimized evaluation method,and auxiliary guarantee.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the thesis.The introduction of cooperative learning promotes more interactive and shared factors to join in the training and learning,which leads to the optimization of the original system and is also in line with the characteristics of the new staff group of the power supply company and creates a new learning experience.Design research has certain operability and practical value.This can help update the enterprise’s talent training system,increase the talent reserve,accumulate future strength,and create the possibility for employees to grow continuously.What’s more,it also provides a certain reference for the training work of other enterprises.
