| With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the urban population has been increasing rapidly,which directly leads to a shortage of water supply for production and living.In order to alleviate the problem of insufficient water supply,it is imperative to transform the urban water supply network.However,in the construction process,frequent safety accidents are inevitable problems in project construction.Therefore,engineering enterprises need to strengthen safety management.Use reasonable methods to formulate a set of safety management work program suitable for oneself,and strive to solve or reduce the occurrence of safety accidents from the source.Taking the construction project of water supply pipe network of company a as an example,this paper adopts case study,literature study and field investigation methods to study,which is mainly composed of four parts: the first chapter is introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter is the main body of the case,which mainly introduces the background of company a,the industry background,the water supply network reconstruction project and several consecutive accidents of the project.The third chapter is the case analysis part.Firstly,it introduces the related theory of safety management,and then analyzes the root cause of the accident with the actual case of company A.In the fourth chapter,according to the results of case analysis,combined with the actual situation of company a,the author reasonably uses various safety management theories,and puts forward effective suggestions and Countermeasures for the safety management of the water supply pipe network reconstruction project of company a,which to a certain extent plays a role in improving the safety quality and emergency rescue ability of employees.At the same time,it can provide effective suggestions and help for other similar or similar projects. |
