The skills’training to students is focused on in the middle vocational education, and the troubleshooting skills for NC are the key point in the examination of middle-level electrician as well as senior-level electrician. Therefore, an efficient Network-based Examination System for electrical module of NC’s training is studied to replace the conventional single-NC based examination system. The new device could solve the problems such as dispersive information due to fault setting and inconvenience management by using the conventional one, improve the efficiency and reduce the work intensity, which is convenient for the manager in the examination and skill’s training. The requirement to this new device is increased. A new Network-based Examination System for electrical module of NC’s training is developed against the shortage of the conventional system. In this thesis, the new system is based on the T68boring machine and X62milling machine which had been developed internally, and the general structure and program for the Network-based Examination System is designed. The smart examination system of troubleshooting skills’training for T68boring machine and X62milling machine can be used to teaching and studying in majors like Electrical Engineering and Automation in colleges and vocational schools as well as the training for the electrician in variety of fields and skills evaluation in the vocational certification issued organizations. The new system could also be applied to demonstration in course teaching, training and practicing in NC’s electrical module. Due to the system consists of real electric hardware, it could also be used to electrician’s vocational training. It could improve the students’operation ability, and overcome the shortage such as high maintenance cost and difficult to approach the teaching goal due to using the equipments which comes from industry field directly. Meanwhile, it provides the useful devices for the high-level skills’training with low cost and remarkable effect. The program is based on the points listed as fellow.1. the original device’s operation way is not changed.2. The components of the original device is not changed (the number and function of Limiting Switch, button, AC Contactor are the same as the original device).3. Touch screen-based fault setting substitute the manual fault setting.4. Touch screen, PLC and Transducers are added in the new device.It constructs a structure which integrates teaching and studying, training and practicing, and forms a trinity platform which combines teaching material, teacher and equipment perfectly. It also accomplishes and achieves the system’s debugging. The test result shows that the system can work stably and efficiently. It is concluded that the system which is introduced in this thesis could reduce the teacher’s work and improve the training’s efficiency and quality, hence it could be applied in variety of schools.
