| Railway transportation is the mainstay of the transportation industry,and the improvement of railway transportation is related to the development of the national economy.In the information age,with the continuous development of science and technology and the gradual improvement of technological processes,the requirements for the comprehensive quality and business ability of railway workers are getting higher and higher,the original railway employee education and training methods are difficult to meet the needs of the rapid development of the railway industry.Only by further strengthening the education and training of railway workers in the new era and continuously improving the job skills of railway workers is the key for railway workers to adapt to the development of railway business in the new era.Catenary work is one of the important types of work in railway enterprises,with a large number of people,heavy tasks and great responsibilities,therefore,it is of great significance to study and establish a set of training programs that can improve the theoretical and practical skills of catenary workers in the railway power supply section,both for individual employees and for the safe development of the railway industry.By studying the relevant modern enterprise employee training theories,this paper adopts the investigation methods such as literature research and questionnaire surveys,with the goal of training catenary talents in the railway industry with both ability and political integrity and excellent quality,the training plan for catenary workers in the power supply section of Donghua Railway Company is studied and designed.By summarizing the current training status of catenary workers in the power supply section of Donghua Railway Company,starting from the aspects of training objects,training managers,training resources and training assessment,it analyzes the current training of catenary workers in the power supply section of Donghua Railway Company.It is found that there are problems such as the need to improve the quality of employees,the need to improve the training concept,the insufficient training mechanism,the insufficient training resources,and the need to improve the training assessment method.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons for the imperfect training management system,inadequate analysis of training needs,lack of professional training managers,and the influence of traditional ideas and concepts,combined with the analysis results of the training needs at the enterprise level,post level and employee level of the power supply section of Donghua Railway Company,from the aspects of training objectives,training objects,training courses,training methods,training time,training teachers,training funds,etc.,the training program for catenary workers in the power supply section of Donghua Railway Company is designed.In addition to the original training content,the training courses have been enriched,and more diverse training methods have been adopted,and made a detailed plan for the training implementation process from three stages: before training,during training,and after training.The training effect is scientifically evaluated from the reflection level,the learning level,the behavior level,and the result level with the help of the Koch four-level evaluation model.Finally,from three different aspects: organizational guarantee,system guarantee and cultural guarantee,it provides measures and suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of this plan and achieve the expected results,and provides a reference for enterprises to improve the comprehensive quality of contact network workers in the next step.This paper effectively integrates the existing training resources of the power supply section of the Donghua Railway Company,uses a combination of training methods,and designs training content that fits the actual work needs of the employees themselves and the power supply section.On the basis,the quality of employee training has been effectively improved.It is a relatively mature,easy-to-operate and highly targeted training program for catenary workers in the power supply section of railway companies,it is hoped that it can provide a reference for improving the professional ethics level and comprehensive business quality of catenary workers in the power supply section,improving the education and training methods of the railway industry,and providing reference for ensuring the safe transportation and production of railways in my country and promoting the high-quality development of railway companies. |
