Research On The Micro-renewal Of Old Communities In The Main Urban Area Of Kunming

In the context of rapid urbanization,cities began to reflect on the extensive incremental expansion,and micro-renewal began to receive widely concerned.As an important part of urban inventory space,the old community carries the daily life and cultural features of the city,It is not only a basic part of urban social organization and residents’ life,but also an important part of urban micro-renewal work.However,nowadays,most micro-updates for old communities are generalizations,and the respective characteristics of different types of old communities are not deeply involved,As a result,the updated design often lacks certain pertinence and effectiveness.Based on the development status and characteristics of urban communities in the main urban area of Kunming,the thesis defines the research object as the old communities within the second ring road of the main urban area and built in 2000 or before,based on relevant domestic and foreign research,And put forward how to classify the old communities,the commonality and characteristics of various types of old communities,and the corresponding update strategies and methods.Therefore,based on the understanding of the distribution and development status of the old communities in Kunming,a certain number of representative old communities were selected as the classification research objects,from the community profile,supporting facilities,outdoor environment,road traffic,buildings,etc.Various aspects have been investigated and visited,and through comparative analysis,the differences between the old communities are studied,and the old communities are divided into three types: unit type,commercial housing type,and neighborhood type,and summarize the characteristics of each type of old community And the problem.And based on the commonality and characteristics of various types of old communities,the corresponding renewal strategy is proposed,and Shijing community,Jiangan community,Qingnian Road community and their internal space nodes are selected as the micro-renewal practice objects of three types of old communities.Verify the feasibility of the strategy through design empirical research.Micro-renewal is of great significance to the development and humanistic continuity of old communities in the city.The thesis hopes that through a classification study of old communities in the main urban area of Kunming,targeted renewal strategies can be put forward for different types of old communities,in order to be able to help Kunming old communities provide adaptive micro-update ideas.
