Study On The Renewal Mechanism And Strategy Of Small Town Unit Residential Area Under The Goal Of Community Building

With the advent of the era of stock planning,the urban development model is facing a transformation,from the previous pursuit of spatial growth to the pursuit of spatial quality improvement;at the same time,the positioning guidance of national development policies and the increasingly rich cultural spirit of residents jointly affect the choice of urban redevelopment value orientation and community renewal direction.This puts forward higher-level requirements for the development of a new round of urban renewal activities,and the renewal path that was previously limited to the mode of physical space renovation and large-scale demolition and construction has not been recognized.Renewal reforms based on urban communities are also in full swing,but there are still many shortcomings in existing practices.On the one hand,more and more scholars have proposed the construction of the city’s refined renewal and intelligent management system,as well as the implementation of people-oriented in urban construction;on the other hand,in recent years,under the background of the gradually popular development of public participation,encouraging the comprehensive coordination of the division of rights and responsibilities between multiple participants in the renewal and the balance of interests have become the key evaluation factors for the success of urban renewal activities in the context of the new era of stock.Under this development trend,community construction has become an urban renewal method with high reference value by virtue of the enhancement of material space value,the revitalization of community industry value,the shaping of community community awareness,and the realization of community autonomy.Based on the existing practical cases of urban community renewal,it can be seen that there are fewer studies on the renewal of small urban unit-type settlements,and the development of small towns in combination with the actual background has become a breakthrough point in the imbalance of urban development in China,and the renewal of small-town unit-type settlements cannot be ignored.With the help of the content of "Community Construction",this paper discusses the community construction path,community renewal mechanism and renewal strategy suitable for small towns.The first chapter is a comprehensive introduction,explaining the background,purpose and significance of the research,and the definition of concepts.The second chapter conducts an overview and research on the theoretical development and experience of existing community building and community renewal mechanisms at home and abroad,and at the same time combines the background of the transformation of small urban unit-type settlements into social communities,sorts out the demands of small town community construction,and explores the basis for the construction of renewal mechanisms based on the demands of small town community construction.Secondly,the third and fourth chapters are based on the above theoretical research,an overview of the current situation in Meridian County,Ningshan County,and a processoriented display of community renewal.In combination with the basic overview and characteristics of the current situation of the Meridian County community,it is clear that the goal of the Meridian County community construction is to encourage public participation and create a sense of community and finally achieve community autonomy.Based on the construction goal,the value of community renewal is analyzed,and then the community creation path is determined,and at the same time,combined with the current management system of Meridian County,the operating mechanism for maintaining the smooth progress of community construction activities in the process of practice is summarized.The fifth chapter explores and reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of the current Meridian County community renewal by analyzing the community construction cases in China in recent years,and then proposes a community renewal strategy in the context of the community renewal mechanism suitable for the Meridian County.Therefore,the characteristics of the community construction practice of small urban unittype settlements and the appropriate renewal mechanism are reflected and summarized,and the renewal strategy is systematically proposed.Finally,Chapter 6 is based on the above research,summarizing the main conclusions of the thesis research,the shortcomings in the research process,and the follow-up prospects.In this paper,taking Meridian County,Chengguan Town,Ningshan County as the research object,through the analysis of community construction,the current situation and characteristics of unit-type settlements in small towns are analyzed and summarized,and the goal of small town community construction is sorted out.Through the practice of community renewal in Meridian County,Chengguan Town,Ningshan County,starting from the current situation of community development,excavating and studying the community development context,the current situation of community material space,the current situation of community social humanities,etc.,analyzing the value change of community attributes in the process of transforming unittype settlements into social communities,and through practice,summarizing the renewal mechanism adapted to the community construction operation,but also rethinking the applicability of the current small town community renewal mechanism,and finally proposing a community renewal strategy suitable for Meridian County.
