Old Community In Harbin Under The Background Of Urban Renewal Micromodification Design Study

Nowadays,the urban development in our country has shifted to an overall transformation stage paying attention to quality improvement from large-scale and quick expansion,which is an inevitable transition in China’s urbanization development from focusing on increment to tapping the potential of inventory.Instead of a simple demolition and reconstruction,the urban renewal in the new era turns to moderate scale and gradual regional renewal and upgrading,in which the form of partial repair and functional replacement is mostly adopted.Among them,the micro transformation and renovation ways of old residential areas as a huge stock of cities take "small-scale and gradual steps" as the core,which has become an inevitable choice for the optimization of public services,the improvement of the living environment,and the enhancement of the overall quality of the city.Under this background,the main issue of this thesis is how to apply the concept of micro-transformation in the renovation of old residential areas.In accordance with the summary of domestic and foreign relevant research and practice,a detailed analysis on micro-transformation and its related theories is firstly carried out,the existing theoretical basis of "urban renewal","organic renewal","human settlement environment science" and "urban acupuncture" are combined to conduct the research.Then,five typical old residential areas in Harbin are chosen as the research objects,the field research and observation is carried out,the actual situation of residents is understood,the objective situation and existing problems in terms of transportation roads,infrastructure,green landscape,idle space,residential functions,cultural environment,and other aspects of their old residential areas are analyzed.Meanwhile,the principles for the renovation of old residential areas under the concept of micro-transformation are proposed.Besides,the micro-transformation goals for old residential areas are put forward at the levels of perfecting the residential environment,improving residential functional facilities,inheriting the urban context and so on.The national strategic deployment considered,the micro tactics are adopted to actively cope with the common problems of old residential areas in Harbin.Xianfeng Residential Area in Nangang District,Harbin City is taken as the transformation object.The specific transformation strategies are proposed in a targeted way to solve a large number of problems existing in the current old residential areas as well as urban renewal and development.In this this,the concept of micro-transformation is tried to integrated into the renovation of old residential areas,so that the problem of difficult development of old residential areas can be solved,the vitality of the community can be further enhanced.Through the transformation of an old residential area,the new ideas can be provided for the renovation and construction of old residential areas in the new era.
