| Industry is the main driving force for urban economic development,and large-scale industrial areas can not only effectively promote urban development,but also contribute to the emergence of new cities.However,while promoting the rapid development of the city,industry will also bring many problems to the city.Therefore,what measures should be taken to make the large old industrial areas of the city be used effectively without being banned for occupying urban space has become an important problem to be solved.Community building is a process in which the material,cultural and economic aspects of the community are constructed so as to promote the development of the community and make the community regain its competitiveness.Applying the content of community building to the renewal process of the old industrial zone is a means to discuss the renewal of the old industrial zone from a new perspective.This thesis firstly combs the theories and practices of the renewal of old industrial zones at home and abroad,and analyzes the development trend of the renewal of old industrial zones on this basis.It emphasizes that the renewal of old industrial zones cannot be separated from the participation of people,and the "community" transformation of old industrial zones is an effective means of the renewal of old industrial zones.Based on the successful experience of community construction in Japan and Taiwan,this paper analyzes the methods and strategies for the renewal of old urban industrial areas in China under the background of community construction.Taking Shenyang non-ferrous metal processing plant as the research object,the field survey and questionnaire survey were carried out to analyze the existing problems in the protection of historical buildings,transportation,functions,public space,green landscape,supporting facilities and other aspects as well as the needs of protection and renewal.The five aspects of "landscape","land","people","culture" and "production" emphasized by community construction are applied to the protection and renewal of Shenyang non-ferrous metal processing plant.While enhancing the vitality of the community,improving the living environment and meeting the needs of residents,residents should pay more attention to community renewal,so as to achieve the purpose and significance of effective construction and renewal in material,culture and economy of Shenyang non-ferrous metal processing plant.The community construction of Shenyang non-ferrous metal processing plant is a new exploration of the effective renewal of the old industrial zone in the city,in order to provide a new idea for the renewal of the old industrial zone in other cities,and at the same time provide reference for the renewal of the old community. |
