Research On The Design Strategy Of Micro-Renewal Of Old Community Landscape From The Perspective Of Active Aging

China has gradually entered an aging society on the road of building a modern socialist power in the middle of this century.In dealing with the problem of population aging,the country actively responded to the concept of "active aging" put forward by the World Health Organization in 2002.Later,in the 14 th five year plan,the party proposed that the national strategy of "actively responding to population aging" should be implemented,and quickly launched various relevant policies to promote the cause of the elderly.Strive to promote the development of elderly resources,alleviate the pressure of aging society,improve the quality of life of the elderly,and make them a new group of elderly people different from the past.At the same time,with the global epidemic situation triggered by New Coronavirus,enriching the spiritual world and enriching daily life is particularly important for the elderly.A positive and healthy attitude can enhance the fun of life and the ability to deal with difficulties of the elderly.Under the background of domestic urban renewal in recent years,it has become a very important social problem to promote the social participation ability of the elderly through the improvement of living environment,meet the social rights of the elderly and improve their physical quality.Taking the retired elderly as the main research object,aiming at the problem of the transformation of old communities under the background of urban renewal,this paper explores the design strategy and method of landscape micro renewal of old communities from the perspective of active aging,and is committed to realizing the friendly community environment of the elderly and the vision of healthy and positive old age life of the elderly.Firstly,this paper understands the current situation of population aging and the background of community care for the elderly in China in recent years,as well as the development trend of urban renewal and micro renewal,and determines the research purpose and significance,research content and methods and the overall research framework of this paper.At the same time,the concepts of active aging,community micro renewal and elderly friendly community are described in detail.Then it summarizes and analyzes the relevant research literature of active aging and community micro renewal at home and abroad in recent years,and has a basic understanding of the relationship between them.After that,through the research,we learned about the daily behavior and activities of the elderly in the community,and analyzed and interpreted the data.Then according to the research content,find typical cases at home and abroad and summarize them.Combining literature research,investigation and case analysis,this paper obtains the target element structure of landscape micro renewal in old communities from the perspective of active aging,and establishes the relationship between active aging and community micro renewal.On this basis,according to the design requirements of different spaces,this paper expounds the design principles and Strategies of space.Finally,taking the dormitory of Baoding chemical fiber factory in Hebei Province as an example,the targeted design practice is carried out,and the target element structure and design strategy system in the previous paper are applied to specific practical projects.Through the method of integrating theory with practice,the feasibility of the design strategy is further verified.The above is an overview of the research content of this paper,hoping that the research results can make a modest contribution to the cause of community aging and renewal in the future.
