Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Traditional Dwelling Houses And Minshuku Of The Dongzhai Village In Northern Guangxi Under Art Town Construction

The path of rural construction has been explored since the founding of New China.From the initial stage of rural construction in the "people’s commune" style,which only provided primitive accumulation for industry,to the market-oriented development stage of supporting agricultural and rural development in 1978.Subsequently,in 2002,the state proposed to coordinate urban and rural development.Although rural development has advanced at this stage,many villages are still struggling on the poverty line.Under this,"targeted poverty alleviation,targeted poverty alleviation" has become the fundamental task at this stage.With the continuous development of the rural construction process,although the economy of the rural villages has been well developed,the rural talents are constantly being drained,and the rural culture is declining.The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy in 2017 is an important proposition of the times in the process of rural construction.Many resource-rich rural villages have been developed before and after,driving the development of the villages and surrounding areas.For this reason,rural vacations,homestays and inns have emerged.The transformation of traditional houses in the countryside into homestays has gradually become a highlight of the homestay industry.However,in recent years,because the construction of homestays in many traditional villages imitated each other and was too extensive,they have lost the original intention of building homestays in villages,neglecting the traditional culture remaining in the houses,and have also brought negative impacts on the sustainable development of homestays.The problem dilemma cannot be ignored.How to make a reasonable transformation of traditional houses into homestays in response to these problems is a hot topic.Under many rural construction models,the art township construction stood out during the same period.Art village construction is the way that many artists activate the traditional culture of rural villages through various ways of art,and penetrate into the rural space in an aesthetic form,thereby promoting the overall development of traditional village culture and villages.Therefore,under the background of the art township construction,this article selects the traditional residential buildings of the Dongzhai Dula groupin Guangnan Village,which has rich natural resources and historical culture,to transform into a homestay.First of all,combined with relevant domestic and foreign theoretical research,summarized the common problems of the traditional Dongzhai traditional residence in northern Guangxi,such as the lack of Dongzhai traditional culture,backward infrastructure,and the destruction of residential structure and aesthetics.Secondly,through research and investigation of the actual case of the transformation of traditional houses in Dongzhai,the strategy for the transformation of traditional houses in Dongzhai was summarized.Specifically: Activating Dongzhai culture through art,turning Dongzhai culture into a visible and sensible atmosphere,and infiltrating the remodeled homestay space with symbolic elements that conform to contemporary aesthetics;And on the basis of the original residential building frame,it carries on the renovation of the building facade,the expansion of space and the reorganization of planning,the inheritance and innovative combination of building materials.Finally,these transformation strategies provide a theoretical basis and reference for the on-site transformation of traditional residential buildings in the Dongzhai Dula group of Guangnan Village selected in this paper.As a result,the residential buildings of the Dongzhai Dula group of Guangnan Village are transformed into a homestay space with Dongzhai regional cultural atmosphere and aesthetic fashion coexistence.
