Research On The Renewal And Reconstruction Of Traditional Residential Houses In Qiqu Village In Northern Sichuan

With the further improvement of China’s social and economic level,the state has issued a series of relevant policies to promote agricultural development.At the same time,a lot of work has been done in the protection of traditional villages.Every year,the census,registration and protection of traditional villages are carried out,and the list of traditional villages in China has been published many times,More and more attention has been paid to the development of traditional villages and the protection of traditional residential buildings.As an important material carrier of villagers’ traditional life style and excellent traditional culture,traditional residential buildings have great humanistic and artistic value.Due to the rapid development of modern society,people’s daily life and work style in rural areas have changed a lot.Traditional dwellings can not fully meet the needs of people’s modern life.In China’s rural areas,more and more villagers begin to abandon traditional dwellings.Most of the rural people choose to transform their own residential buildings.However,due to the lack of planning and design,the traditional houses are modified and built at will,which makes the heritage of cultural characteristics of traditional houses lost,traditional houses are destroyed,and the overall style of traditional villages are also destroyed.It is urgent to protect and develop traditional houses.Therefore,it is of practical significance and practical value to study how to rebuild the houses on the premise of maintaining the traditional characteristics in order to meet the needs of modern life and improve the quality of life of villagers.T In this paper,the traditional villages of Qiqu village in northern Sichuan Mianyang area are investigated.By understanding the new demand for architecture brought by the change of local villagers’ life style,the construction methods of local traditional residential buildings are investigated,and the practical methods of renovation of residential buildings are discussed,so as to improve the living standards of local villagers,enhance the vitality of the region,and inherit the material and cultural heritage of the region.At the same time,it studies the applicability of modern new materials and new technologies in the transformation of local traditional houses.Then,it puts forward the transformation strategy of traditional dwellings in northern Sichuan,which provides guidance and reference for the transformation of other traditional dwellings and the construction of new dwellings in this region.
